초등학생의 리더십 향상을 위한 뇌교육 프로그램의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 최근 뇌연구의 활성화 경향에 맞추어 융합적 성격을 갖는 뇌교육 프로그램이 초등학생들의 리더십 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것인가를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 초등학교 4학년 378명이며, 연구설계는 사전-사후검사 통제집단 설계를 적용하였으며, 실험집단은 주 1회(40분) 12주간 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 비교집단은 각 학교에서 지정한 재량활동을 주 1회 40분씩 12주간 실시하였다. 자료분석은 ANCOVA(Anaysis of Variance)방식을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 뇌교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 리더십을 긍정적으로 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 뇌교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 리더십 잠재력을 증진시키고 타인과의 상호의사소통의 과정을 통해 자신을 포함한 모두를 존중하는 리더십 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 뇌교육 프로그램이 자신의 존재 가치를 중요하게 생각하며, 자신과 타인 및 공동체의 유기적 연결성을 강조하고 자발성과 상호 협력적인 노력을 이끌어 내는 활동으로 구성되었다는 측면에서 본 연구결과를 설명할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify whether the brain education program with convergent nature has a positive effect on the improvement of leadership of elementary school students according to the activation tendency of brain research. The subjects of the study were 378 students in the fourth grade of elementary school. The design of the study was applied pre - post test control group design. The experimental group was programmed once a week (40 minutes) for 12 weeks. Were administered once a week for 40 minutes for 12 weeks. ANCOVA (Anaysis of Variance) method was used for data analysis. Research shows that brain education programs positively improve elementary school students leadership. Therefore, the brain education program is a program that can improve the leadership level of the elementary school students and enhance their leadership potential and respect for everyone including themselves through the process of mutual communication with others. The results of this study can explain the results of this study in the aspect of brain education recognizing its own existence value, respecting other people and community, and activating voluntary and cooperative efforts.
