만성폐쇄성폐질환 환자의 폐기능과 넙다리네갈래근 활성도, 우울정도 및 건강관련 삶의 질의 상관관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 만성폐쇄성폐질환 환자의 폐기능과 넙다리네갈래근 활성도, 우울정도 및 건강관련 삶의 질의 상관관계를 알아보고자 전라남도에 소재한 A병원에서 만성폐쇄성폐질환을 진단받고 통원치료 중인 환자 31명을 대상으로 시행하였다. 1초간 노력성 날숨량과 넙다리곧은근(r=683, p<.05), 안쪽넓은근(r=0.653, p<.05), 가쪽넓은근(r=0.711, p<.01)에서는 양의 상관관계를 보였으나 우울정도(r=-0.681, p<.05) 및 건강관련 삶의 질(r=-0.755, p<.01)에서는 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 1초간 노력성 날숨량/노력성 폐활량과 건강관련 삶의 질에서는 음의 상관관계를 보였다(r=-0.623, p<.05), 그리고 넙다리곧은근과 우울정도(r=0.-618, p<.05), 건강관련 삶의 질(r=-0.-683, p<.05)에서는 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 가쪽넓은근과 우울정도(r=0.-633, p<.05) 건강관련 삶의 질(r=0.-702, p<.01)에서도 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 임상에서 폐기능이나 우울 그리고 삶의 질에 상호 연관된 사지근력 특히 넙다리네갈래근의 피로를 줄이면서 활성화를 높이기 위한 적극적인 중재개입이 필요하다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between pulmonary function, quadriceps activity, depression and health-related quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. and 31 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were diagnosed and treated at A hospital in Jeollanamdo were selected. There was a positive correlation between FEV1 and Rectus femoris(r=683, p<.05), Vastus medialis (r=0.653, p<.05) and Vastus lateralris(r=0.711, p<.01). but depression(r=-0.681, p<.05) and health related quality of life(r =-0.755, p<.01) showed a negative correlation. and FEV1/FVC and health related quality of life were negatively correlated(r=-0.623, p<.05). and Rectus femoris and depression(r=-0.618, p<.05) and health related quality of life (r=-0.683, p<.05) showed a negative correlation. and Health-related quality of life(r=-0.702, p<.01) also showed a negative correlation with Vastus lateralris and depression (r=-0.633, p <.05). Clinically, active intervention interventions are needed to increase pulmonary function, depression, and quality of life in relation to limb strength, especially fatigue of the knee ligament, while increasing activity.
