노인의 지역사회환경에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 체계적 문헌 고찰 방법을 활용하여 지역사회환경 연구 동향 을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 RISS와 국회도서관 데이터베이스에서 ‘지역사회환경’, ‘노인’의 검색어가 함께 포함된 논문을 검색하여 총 24편의 문헌을 최종 선택하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 지역사회환경 관련 연구는 2021년 이후에 급격히 증가하였으며 주로 게재된 학술지 분야는 사회과학 분야에 집중되었다. 둘째, 지역사회환경의 유형을 물리적·사회적 환경을 중심으로 측정한 연구가 대부분을 차지한 반면, 서비스환경을 지역사회환경으로 분류한 연구는 적었다. 따라서 서비스환경을 지역사회환경의 유형으로 분류한 연구가 추가로 필요하다. 셋째, 지역사회환경과 노인의 정신건강, 삶의 만족도 등의 관계를 분석한 논문들이 대다수를 차지하였으며 지역사회환경에 만족할수록 정신건강과 삶의 만족도는 좋아지는 것으로 일관되게 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역사회환경 후속 연구를 위한 제언과 더불어 지역사회환경 관련 정책을 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine trends in community environment research by utilizing a systematic literature review method. we searched for papers containing the search terms ‘community environment’ and ‘elderly’ in the RISS and National Assembly Library databases, and finally selected and analyzed a total of 24 articles. Research results: First, research on community environment has increased rapidly since 2021, and the fields of academic journals in which it was published were mainly focused on social sciences. Second, most studies measured the types of community environment based on physical and social environments, while few studies classified the service environment as a community environment. Third, most of the papers analyzed the relationship between the community environment and the elderly's mental health, life satisfaction, etc., and it consistently showed that the more satisfied the community environment was, the better the mental health and life satisfaction were. Based on these results, suggestions for follow-up research on the community environment were made, and basic data for policies related to the community environment were presented.
