초등학교와 연계한 유아 보훈교육을 위한 델파이 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아기부터 보훈교육의 체계적인 교육 방향을 설정하고, 유아교육 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 실질적인 자료와 정책적 제언을 제공하고자 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 유아교육 관련 전문가 32명이 참여한 델파이 조사를 실시한 결과 초등학교와 연계한 유아 보훈교육의 내용을 독립(M=4.17~4.97, SD=.18~.56, 합의도=.75~1, 수렴도=0~.50, CVR=. 93~1), 호국(M=4.07~4.33, SD=.37~.55, 합의도=.75~1, 수렴도=0~.50, CVR=.93~1), 민주(M=4.30~4.50, SD=.47~.57, 합의도=.75~1, 수렴도=.50, CVR=1), 보훈과 나라사랑 실천(M=4.30~5, SD=0~.53, 합의도=.75~1, 수렴도=0~.50, CVR=.93~1)의 4개의 상위 범주, 16개의 하위 범주와 22개의 내용을 선정하였다. 또한 교사에게 필요한 역량에 대해 보훈교육을 위한 지식(M=5, SD=0, 합의도=1, 수렴도=0, CVR=1), 보훈교육을 위한 기술(M=4.97, SD=.18, 합의도=1, 수렴도=0, CVR=1), 보훈교육을 위한 태도(M=4.93, SD=.25, 합의도=1, 수렴도=0, CVR=1)로 구분한 후 세부적인 내용을 제시하였다. 또한 유아 보훈교육의 영향요인을 살펴봄으로써 활성화 방안을 모색하고 필요한 정책을 제언하였다. 이러한 시도는 유아기 보훈교육의 중요성을 논의하며 초등학교와의 연계를 도모하여 보다 체계적이고 효과적인 보훈교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish a systematic educational direction for patriotism education starting from early childhood and to provide practical resources and policy recommendations that can be utilized in early childhood education settings. A Delphi survey was conducted to identify the influential factors necessary for selecting and promoting the content of patriotism education for young children, and the results were derived accordingly. The content of early childhood patriotism education, as connected to elementary schools, was categorized into independence, national defense, democracy, patriotism, and the practice of love for the nation, with subcategories and specific content presented. In terms of the competencies required for teachers, the study identified the aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for early childhood patriotism education. Policy recommendations were proposed based on the influential factors and findings related to the promotion of early childhood patriotism education.
