국문 초록

本研究では、ビジネス日本語関連科目で行う面接練習に自己分析につながる活動を導入することで、キャリア教育を視野に入れた授業の実践を試みた。この活動の特徴は、「アクティブラーニングの外化」としてアウトプット活動を取り入れた点と、コンピテンシーに基づく「長所を表わす日本語キーワード」を考案·使用した点である。本稿では、その活動の実践方法を示すことを大きな目的とする。さらに、活動の効果や改善点を探るために学期末にアンケート調査を行い、3つの問い「1.この活動は自己分析の役に立ったのか」「2.この活動は個人の生涯にわたるキャリア発達を目的としたキャリア教育に寄与するものか」「3.活動の改善点や気をつけるべき点」に対して考察を行った。それにより、「1:自己分析の度合いに個人差はあるものの、本活動が学習者の自己分析に役に立った」「2:一定数の学習者は自己のキャリア発達に役立つと捉えており、本活動はキャリア発達を目的としたキャリア教育に寄与する」「3:長所に対する『エピソードの表現·活用方法』や『エピソードを日本語で表現する過程』に改善·補強の余地がある」という結果を得ることができ、本研究の意義を確認することができた。

영문 초록

In this study, I attempt to implement a class with a special reference to career education by introducing the activities that lead to self-analysis to interview practices in a Business Japanese class. The notable characteristics of these activities are that they involve output practices as ‘the externalization of active learning’ and that they devise and employ the competence-based ‘Japanese keywords to describe one’s strengths’. In this article, I aim to demonstrate the method of implementing these activities. Further, I conducted a survey to explore the effectiveness of the activities and their potential for improvement. My analysis demonstrates the following three points: (i) Though the degree of self-analysis varies from individual to individual, the activities were useful for the participants’ self-analysis; (ii) a significant number of participants think that the activities are useful for their career development, and this indicates that the activities contribute to career education aiming at career development; and (iii) there is room for improvement relating to the ‘the expression of episodes’ of the participants’ strengths and the ‘way of formulating these episodes in Japanese’. These research results confirm the validity of my educational approach.
