초등학교 통학거리 내 근린생활시설에서의 감염병 확산 분석 모델에 관한 연구

국문 초록

호흡기 감염병인 코로나 19는 빠른 전파력을 보이며 전 세계적으로 대규모 확산이 되었다. 초등학교는 학생이 밀집된 환경으로 인해 감염병이 쉽게 전파되며 교외 시설에서 바이러스가 유입되어 추가 확진자가 다수 발생하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 학교와 가정 주변에 위치하며 감염에 취약한 시설인 근린생활시설의 건축적 특성과 감염병 확산의 관련성을 분석하는 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 이는 초등학교 주변에서 감염병의 유입과 집단감염의 발생을 예방하기 위해서 방역 자원을 집중하기 위한 판단의 기초를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교로부터 통학거리 1,500m 내 위치한 근린생활시설이 감염병 확산에 끼치는 영향을 알고자 근린생활시설의 건축적 특성과 감염병 확산의 관련성을 분석한다. GIS와 상관관계분석을 활용하여 감염에 취약한 건축적 특성과 공간적 범위를 도출하는 감염병 확산 분석 모델을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 분석 모델을 적용하여 초등학교 주변 근린생활시설과 감염병 확산의 상관관계를 분석한 결과는 연구 대상 자치구의 초등학교 통학거리 내 근린생활시설의 건축물 수, 건축면적, 연면적, 대지면적, 높이, 건폐율, 용적률과 감염병 확산 간의 상관관계는 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 한편, 연구 대상 자치구 별 최대값이 도출되는 공간적 범위와 상관계수 값의 변화 추이는 연구 대상 자치구별 양상에는 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구는 초등학교 통학거리 내 근린생활시설의 건축적 특성과 감염병 확산 간의 상관분석 모델을 제시하였다. 둘째, 분석 모델을 활용하여 초등학교 통학거리 내 근린생활시설의 건축적 특성과 감염병 확산의 상관분석을 수행한 결과, 모든 변수는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 분석 자치구 별 최대값이 도출되는 공간적 범위와 상관계수 값의 변화 추이에 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 분석 모델은 자치구에서 방역 자원을 집중해야 할 건축적 특성과 공간적 범위의 선정에 대한 분석의 기초를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a model that analyze the architectural characteristics of neighborhood-convenience facilities around schools, which are vulnerable to infections, and their relevance to the spread of communicable diseases. This model aims to provide a foundation for making decisions on concentrating sanitation resources to prevent the inflow of communicable diseases and the occurrence of group infections in the vicinity of elementary schools. In order to understand the impact of neighborhood-convenience facilities located within a 1,500m commuting distance from elementary schools on the spread of communicable diseases, this study analyzes the architectural characteristics of local facilities and their relevance to the spread of communicable diseases. It proposes a communicable disease spread analysis model that utilizes GIS (Geographic Information System) and correlation analysis to identify vulnerable architectural characteristics and spatial scope related to infections. The results of applying the analysis model proposed in this study to analyze the correlation between neighborhood-convenience facilities around elementary schools and the spread of communicable diseases showed a positive correlation between the number of buildings, building area, total floor area, land area, height, building coverage ratio, and floor area ratio of neighborhood-convenience facilities within the Elementary-school Commuting Zone in the target administrative district. However, the spatial scope and trends of the maximum correlation coefficient for each administrative district varied, indicating differences in patterns among the target districts. The results of this study are as follows: First, the study proposed a correlation analysis model between the architectural characteristics of neighborhood-convenience facilities within the commuting distance of elementary schools and the spread of communicable diseases. Second, the results of applying the analysis model showed a positive correlation between the architectural characteristic variables of neighborhood-convenience facilities and the spread of communicable diseases. Third, there were differences in the spatial scope and trends of the maximum correlation coefficient among the analyzed administrative districts. The analysis model presented in this study provides a foundation for selecting architectural characteristics and spatial scope in each administrative district to concentrate sanitation resources.
