중국 물류산업의 산업연관 특징에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 중국정부의 중점 육성산업 중 하나인 물류산업에 대해 실증분석을 통해 지난 10여년 간의 변화에 대해 고찰하였다. 분석방법은 2017년 중국통계국이 발표한 2012년 산업연관표와 2022년에 발표한 2020년 산업연관표를 비교하였다. 본 연구는 지난 10여년 간 물류산업을 기준으로 영향을 주는 산업(전방효과)과 영향을 받는 산업(후방효과)의 변화를 실증적으로 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 물류산업이 아닌 중국 물류산업에 대해 2012년과 2020년의 산업연관표를 동시에 비교, 분석한 것이라 할 수 있다. 현재까지의 연구로는 대부분 단일 연도의 산업연관표로만 분석이 이뤄졌으나, 본 연구는 시차를 두고 2개 년도의 산업연관표를 동시에 비교하며 시차에 따른 중국 물류산업의 전후방효과 변화를 고찰하였다는데 연구의 독창성이 있다고 할 수 있다. 연구의 주요 결과는 2012년과 2020년의 영향력을 비교하였을 때 전문 설비 제조업(3.719), 기타 제조업(1.370), 계량, 계측기 제조업(1.340)순으로 분석되었고, 2020년의 경우는 문화, 체육, 오락업(1.508), 방직업(1.249), 농림목어업(1.204)순으로 분석되었다. 한편, 타 산업의 영향을 주는 전방산업에 대해 고찰한 결과는 감응도계수를 활용하여 측정하였다. 그 결과는 2012년 중국 물류산업의 감응도계수는 화학공업(3.451), 금속제련 및 압연가공업(2.891), 전력, 난방생산 및 공급(1.932)순으로 분석되었으며, 2020년의 결과는 화학공업(5.266), 부동산업(3.081), 연구실험 개발업(2.895) 순으로 분석되었다. 연구의 주요내용을 종합해보면 과거 노동집약형, 제조업 중심, 인프라 투자 등 국가주도의 지원책에 따른 중간 수요형 물류산업이 양적으로 성장을 해왔다면 향후에는 물류산업의 서비스화와 전체적인 시스템 효율성 강화를 통한 질적인 성장의 방향으로 흐름이 바뀌고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 중국물류산업은 단순한 시장규모 성장에 따른 매력도는 점차 상실할 것으로 보여지며, 새로운 기술과 정보 네트워크 기술을 활용한 물류기술력 제고가 핵심 경쟁력으로 대두될 것으로 예상된다.

영문 초록

This study attempts to examine the changes in the past decade through an empirical analysis of the logistics industry, which is one of the key industries promoted by the Chinese government. The research methodology compares the 2012 industry linkage table released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2017 with the 2020 industry linkage table released in 2022. In particular, this study empirically compares the changes in the affected and impacted industries over the past 10 years based on the logistics industry. The unique feature of this study is that it compares and analyzes both the 2012 and 2020 industry linkage tables for the Chinese logistics industry rather than the Korean logistics industry. The main result of the study is that when comparing the impact of the logistics industry in 2012 and 2020, it is analyzed in the order of professional equipment manufacturing (3.719), other manufacturing (1.370), and weighing, measuring and measuring instruments manufacturing (1.340), while in 2020 it is analyzed in the order of culture, sports and entertainment (1.508), textile (1.249), agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery ( 1.204) are analyzed in that order. On the other hand, the results of the study on the impact of other industries on frontier industries are measured by the sensitivity coefficient. The results show that in 2012, the sensitivity coefficients of the logistics industry in China were analyzed in the order of chemical industry (3.451), metal smelting and rolling processing industry (2.891), and electricity and heat production and supply industry (1.932), while in 2020 the results were analyzed in the order of chemical industry (5.266), real estate industry (3.081), and research and development industry (2.895). In summary, the study finds that while the labor-intensive, manufacturing, and medium-demand logistics industries have grown quantitatively in the past due to support measures such as state-led infrastructure investments, the trend is shifting toward qualitative growth through the servitization of the logistics industry and overall system efficiency improvements. In the future, China's logistics industry is expected to gradually lose its attractiveness based on simple market size growth, and the use of new technologies and information network technologies to enhance logistics technology is expected to become a core competency.
