국문 초록

최근 라이프스타일의 다양화, 공유경제의 활성화에 따른 사회적 트렌드의 변화는 공동주택을 중심으로 주거공간의 본질적 기능과 영역에 다양한 변화를 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 변화를 가져온 주거의 형태와 라이프스타일의 변화요인들을 분석하여 주거사용자에게 최적화된 생활공간을 정의하고, 통합된 생활공간에서 운영되는 콘텐츠 서비스를 통한 주거경험의 특성과 운영체계, 그리고 공간을 기반으로한 생활 플랫폼에서 경험디자인의 특성과 구현 체계를 유형화 하였다. 본 연구의 범위와 방법은 생활공간에서 경험디자인의 특성과 구현 체계에 대한 유형화를 위하여 첫째, 주거 형태와 라이프스타일 변화의 특성을 문헌조사와 선행 연구 분석을 통하여 변화된 생활공간을 정의하고 둘째, 공간별로 분석된 공간경험디자인의 특성 요인을 바탕으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행, 방향성을 구체화하였다. 셋째, 체계화된 공간경험디자인의 특성을 바탕으로 생활 플랫폼으로써의 구조 개념과 경험디자인의 구현 체계를 유형화하였다. 본 연구는 주거 공간에서 통합된 경험 구현을 위한 생활공간의 정의와 구현 체계에 관한 연구로 플랫폼으로써 공동 주택의 변화에 대한 방향성과 체계를 구체화하기 위한 접근이며, 연구 결과로 도출된 생활공간에서의 경험디자인 구현 체계를 기반으로 이론화될 수 있는 기본적인 틀을 제공하기 위함이다.

영문 초록

Recent social trends - the diversification of lifestyles, and revitalization of the sharing economy - has led to significant changes in the fundamental functions and residences, particularly in apartments. Therefore, this study aims to define an optimized residential space by analyzing housing forms and lifestyle change factors. The study further categorizes the characteristics and operation system in an integrated living space including the integrated experience design characteristics and organization system for service content development and operation. The study scope and methods to classify the characteristics and systems of integrated experience design in integrated housing are as follows: First, the characteristics of changes in housing forms and lifestyles were defined through literature and previous research. Second, in-depth interviews were conducted, and the study direction was established using the analyzed factors of space experience design. Third, the structure concept of living platforms and the systems for implementing experience design were classified using the actualized space experience design characteristics. This study focuses on the basic concepts and systems for implementing integrated experiences in residences. Subsequently, it approaches the direction and systems for changes in housing as a unified platform. This study provides a framework that can be theorized using the experience design system for living spaces derived from its results.
