국문 초록

본 연구는 게스트하우스 커뮤니티 공간의 특성을 조사하여 공간 활용 효율성 수준을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 게스트하우스의 공간활용 효율성 수준을 조사하기 위해 사전 조사를 통해 특정 요인을 도출하고, 본 연구에서 선정한 몇 가지 측면에 따라 게스트하우스 커뮤니티 공간을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 크림반도의 게스트하우스 커뮤니티 현황을 조사하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 평가 기준을 설정하였고, 요인에 따라 8개의 게스트하우스를 선정하여 분석하였다. 사례 연구에서는 기본적인 디자인 특성, 접근성, 사교성 등 총 3가지 특성을 조사하였다. 분석은 게스트하우스 커뮤니티 공간이 평가 특성을 만족하는가에 대한 여부를 조사하였다. 분석 과정에는 게스트하우스 커뮤니티 공간의 전반적인 특성을 설명하기 위해 게스트하우스 커뮤니티 공간을 방문하는 관광객을 대상으로 실시한 전반적인 품질 및 특성에 대한 만족도 조사를 실시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the guesthouse community space characteristics in order to analyze the level of space utilization efficiency. In order to investigate the community space characteristics in guesthouses, a set of factors and defining characteristics for the factors were derived through a preliminary research and guesthouse community spaces were analyzed according to the defined aspects of this study. As a fundamental examination, this study investigated the current conditions of guesthouse community spaces in Crimea. For achieving the purpose of this study criteria for examination was established and eight guesthouses were chosen and analyzed according to the established factors of the research. A total of 3 factors that include basic design characteristics, accessibility and sociability were investigated in the case study. The analysis was designed to figure out whether guesthouse community spaces satisfied given aspects of the examination. The analysis process included the field study where all necessary data was retrieved for describing the overall characteristics of guesthouse community spaces and the survey aiming at tourists visiting given guesthouses that examined visitors' satisfaction with the overall quality and characteristics of the guesthouse community spaces for guesthouse space utilization efficiency. Based on the results of the study the actual level of guesthouse space utilization efficiency was carried out in percentage terms. The level of needed improvements for efficiency of space utilization was calculated in percentage terms as well.
