국문 초록

연구목적 이 연구는 초등체육 교과교육연구회를 운영했던 연구자의 경험을 바탕으로 초등체육 교과교육연구회 운영이 가지는 사회문화적 맥락의 의미들을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법 연구방법은 자문화기술지를 활용하였으며 연구자의 경험을 탐색하기 위해 역방향 심층면담,회상 기억자료, 문헌고찰, 자서전적 시간표 등을 수집하였다. 자료분석은 사례기술, 귀납적 범주분석, 종단코딩을 활용하였고 연구의 진실성 확보를 위해서 다각적 검증, 전문가협의를 수행하였다. 연구결과 연구결과 초등체육 교과교육연구회 운영 경험은 ‘같이의 가치’, ‘정책의 역습’, ‘위기를 기회로’로범주화되었다. 결론 연구자에게 초등체육 교과교육연구회 운영 경험은 공동체의 힘과 교직사회에 기여하고자하는 역할찾기로 다가왔으며 문제점을 개선하고자하는 노력도 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the meaning of the socio-cultural context of theoperation of an Elementary Physical Education Research Group based on the experience of theresearcher who operated the Elementary Physical Education Research Group. Methods: The research method, was an Autoethnography, and in order to explore the researcher sexperiences, reverse in-depth interviews, recall data, a literature review, and autobiographical timetableswere collected. For data analysis, case description, inductive category analysis, and longitudinal codingwere used, and multi-faceted verification and expert consultation were performed to secure the veracityof the study. Results: The results of the study regarding the experience of operating the Elementary PhysicalEducation Research Group were categorized into ‘value of being together’, ‘counterattack of policy’,and ‘crisis into opportunity’. Conclusion: For the researcher, the experience of operating the Elementary Physical Education ResearchGroup, resulted in the possession of a role to contribute to the strength of the community and theteaching society, and it was also found that efforts to improve the problems were necessary.
