일본취업 연수기관의 실태조사 및 효과적인 운영에 관한 연구

국문 초록

In Korean, there are several training institutions for finding jobs abroad, such as K-move School, Track II, and Jeon Hye-jin University, which help the trainees to achieve their goals in finding jobs abroad through vocational education and language education. In this study, I classify the training courses of the last five years in terms of the types of job and survey the number of training hours and the number of trainees, providing the optimal course contents and the optimal training hours in order to set out the ground for job-finding in Japan. The survey indicates that the trainees for IT-related areas account for 54.2 percent, the highest percentage. Together with the fact that the IT-related areas account for more than 40 percent of the job-listings of Japanese companies in the last five years, the survey reveals that the number of job-listings in Japan and the number of applicants who look for a job in Japan are the highest in the IT-related areas. The present study suggests the importance of course managements in training institutions that develop human resources in accordance with companies’ demands and provide education necessary for completing actual tasks in companies. Such course managements are expected to enhance the possibility of job-finding, raise companies’ satisfaction, and increase the efficiency of work by employees.

영문 초록

韓国ではK-moveスクール、トラックⅡ、チョンへジン大学といった海外就業研修機関を運営し、職務教育や語学教育などを通じて海外就業の目標を達成できるよう支援している。 本研究では、直近5年間の研修課程を職務別に分けて研修時間数と研修人数を調査し、職務分野別に最適な研修科目詳細と研修時数などを例に示すことにより、日本就業目標達成のための適切な研修科目と授業時間の設定にも役立てようとしている。本研究の調査の結果、直近5年間の研修過程において、コンピュータ系の研修過程が全体の54.2%と最も高い割合を占めており、直近5年間の日本求人企業数に対する調査でもIT関連業務の求人需要が4割以上を占めており、日本の就業分野においてIT関連分野が最も活発に需要と供給が行われていることが分かった。 このような研究は研修機関における課程運営において、企業のニーズに応じたオーダーメイド型人材の養成、実際の業務遂行において必須の教育を実施することで、就職力の強化はもちろん企業の満足度を高め、就業者の業務効率を高めることにも役に立つと思う。
