문화콘텐츠를 활용한 치유의 접근 가능성 모색

국문 초록

최근 음악, 미술, 연극, 무용 등 다양한 예술분야에서 파생되어 예술은 사람들의 마음에 치유를 주는 형태로 많이 활용되고 있다. 예술 활동은 인간의 내면에 잠재되어 있는 정서와 감정을 표출할 수 있는 가장 안전하고 능동적인 표현수단이기 때문이다. 이 연구에서는 다양한 문화예술 콘텐츠를 활용한 치유의 가능성에 대해 접근해 보았다. 창작뮤지컬 <거정 레스토랑> 중 치유의 가능성을 담고 있는 일부 장면들을 선정하였으며, 또한 실제 적용을 돕기 위하여 극에 등장하는 인물들과 매치하여 치료자와 전문가, 조력자, 치료대상자, 갈등유발자 등을 구체적으로 설정하여 적용모형을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 뮤지컬을 통해 음악의 치료 기능을 토대로 음악치료와 연극치료의 융합을 모색하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 현대인의 고통이 더 이상 외적인 부분에 국한되지 않고 심리적인 부분에서 빈번히 나타나는 요즈음, ‘환자’가 아닌 ‘치료대상자’들을 위하여 예술을 통한 치유 프로그램 연구들이 다각적으로 이루어지길 바란다.

영문 초록

Nowadays, art that is derived from a diverse and extensive artistic sector (i.e., music, art, drama, or dance) is used as a therapeutic agent to heal people’s minds, because artistic activities are the most effective and safest way to express one’s suppressed emotions. This study explores the accessibility of the healing function of culture and art contents. The authors focus on specific scenes from the musical The Geojeong Restaurant, which include the accessibility of the healing function. Furthermore, they suggest a specific practical model that matches the characters from scenes with the role of a therapist, expert, helper, participant, and conflict promoter to facilitate practical applications. This paper stresses the significance in seeking the convergence of music therapy with drama therapy based on the treatment functionality of music through the musical. In these modern times, pain appears not only to be limited externally, but also psychologically. The authors hope that further research on healing therapeutic programs that use arts could be studied for a “participant,” not a “patient.”
