국문 초록

사회가 복잡해지고 다양해짐에 따라 대부분의 의사결정 문제도 복잡해지고 있다. 과학 및 정보기술의 발달로 의사결정시 고려해야 할 선택대안들도 많아지고 그 대안들을 평가할 수 있는 기준도 다양하고 복잡해 졌다. 각 개인들이 자신에게 맞는 재테크 방안을 검토할 때에도, 마찬가지로 많은 대안 중에서 자신에게 가장 적합한 것을 선택하는 문제는 복잡하다. 특히 사람들마다 투자기준에 대한 생각과 투자대안에 대한 생각이 제각기 다르기 때문에 개개인에게 가장 적합한 투자대안도 사람들마다 다르게 나타날 것이다. 본 연구에서는 금융관계 종사자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 얻은 자료에 계층분석법을 적용, 다양하고 복잡한 기준과 대안이 있는 상황에서 개개인의 투자기준의 중요도와 대안의 선호도를 감안하여 개인별로 가장 적합한 투자대안을 찾는 모형을 만들어 보았다. 이와 같은 모형을 사용하면, 막연하고 모호한 판단만으로 투자대안을 선택하지 않고, 객관적이고 납득할 수 있는 방법으로 개인별로 가장 적합한 투자대안을 선택할 수 있다.

영문 초록

As the society has become complicated, most of our decision making problems have become complicated, too. And the science and IT have dramatically developed, we have to consider much more alternatives and we also have as many criteria by which we can evaluate those alternatives. When we consider the optimal investment for us, we have many complicated problems. Especially every person has a different opinion each on investment criteria and investment alternatives, thus the most appropriate investment alternative might be different for each individual. In this study, we applied the analytic hierarchy process on the data collected from a survey on financial professionals, and then tried to find an universally applicable model to suggest the most appropriate investment alternative for each person, under the circumstances where we should consider various and complicated criteria and alternatives. By using this model, we can choose the investment alternative most suitable for ourselves in the objective and convincing way, rather than depending on any ambiguous judgments.
