추천시스템에서 MAE와 Top N 순위 적합률에 따른 응답분포 특성

국문 초록

추천시스템에서 MAE와 Top N은 추천시스템 예측에서 중요하다. 추천시스템에서 MAE가 작고 Top N의 순위 적합률이 클 때가 가장 좋은 경우이다. 본 논문에서는 응답자들의 MAE와 Top N 순위 적합률을 각각 3분위, 4분위, 5분위로 나누어 응답자들을 분류하였다. 3분위, 4분위, 5분위로 분류된 응답자들의 응답분포가 어떤 특징이 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석은 3분위, 4분위, 5분위로 나눈 응답자들의 MAE와 Top N 순위 적합률이 각각 작은 경우와 큰 경우에 응답분포의 특징을 분석하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 추천시스템에서 응답자의 응답분포의 형태를 사전에 파악하여 MAE와 Top N 순위 적합률을 개선하는데 유용 할 것으로 기대되며 Top N 추천에서 N의 크기를 조정 할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며 응답자의 응답분포의 형태를 사전에 파악하여 효율적인 Top N 추천을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 본 연구는 차후 협력적 필터링 추천시스템의 알고리즘을 개선하기 위한 것이다. 차후 연구로는 응답자들의 응답분포에 대한 통계량을 협력적 필터링 추천시스템 알고리즘에 새로운 변수로 응답분포와 관련된 통계량 변수를 추가하여 효율적인 알고리즘을 도출하고자 한다.

영문 초록

MAE and Top N are very important in the recommender system estimation. It is considered to be the best when MAE is small and the accuracy rate of Top N is high. However, MAE and Top N do not show correlation. This study classifies the MAE and Top N of respondents into three groups; tertile, quartile, quintile. The characteristics of responding distribution which was classified into three groups were analyzed. The characteristics of responding distribution was surveyed in the case when the respondents’ MAE is small and accuracy rate of Top N is high. It is expected that the MAE and the accuracy rate of Top N will be improved by recognizing the pattern of responding distribution of respondents in advance in recommender system. This study is to improve the algorithm of collaborative filtering recommender system. For the further study, effective algorithm will be deducted by adding the statistic amount of responding distribution of respondents as new factors in the collaborative filtering recommender system.
