국문 초록

본 연구는 항공사 객실승무원의 조직커뮤니케이션이 승무원의 직무만족과 직무몰입, 서비스 수행에 미치는 영향을 통하여 항공사 승무원 커뮤니케이션의 관리 방안을 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 항공사 객실승무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 연구 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째로는 승무원의 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무만족에 부분적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였는데, 하향적 커뮤니케이션은 직무만족에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며, 상향·수평·비공식 커뮤니케이션은 각각 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타냈다. 둘째, 승무원의 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무몰입에 부분적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였는데, 하향적 커뮤니케이션은 직무몰입에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며, 상향·수평·비공식 커뮤니케이션은 각각 직무몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타냈다. 셋째, 승무원의 직무만족과 직무몰입은 서비스 수행에 미치는 영향은 긍정적인 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타냈다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide plan to manage flight attendants organizational communication by analyzing impacts of organizational communication on job satisfaction, commitment and performance of flight attendants. To obtain this purpose, data was collected from 225 flight attendants. First, there existed partially meaningful relation between flight attendants organizational communication and job satisfaction. Relation between downward communication and job satisfaction was statistically nonsignificant, but upward and horizontal and informal communication had positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, there existed partially meaningful relation between flight attendants organizational communication and job commitment. Relation between downward communication and job commitment was statistically nonsignificant, but upward and horizontal and informal communication had positive influence on job commitment. Third, it showed that flight attendants job satisfaction and job commitment had positive and significant influence on service performance of them.
