난방열 절약이벤트 효과 분석의 불확도 평가

국문 초록

최근 에너지ㆍ온실가스에 대한 성과평가에서 불확도 분석이 차지하는 비중이 점차 증가하고 있다. 에너지경영시스템에서 제시하고 있는 불확도 분석 방법론은 에너지 및 온실가스 저감에 대한 성과를 측정하고 평가에서 발생하는 다양한 불확도 요인에 대해 분석하도록 상세하게 제시하고 있다. 본 논문은 한국지역난방공사에서 2011년도에 세대를 대상으로 실시하였던 난방열의 절약 이벤트 효과에 대한 성과분석 결과를 기준으로 불확도 분석을 실시한 결과를 제시한다. 에너지절감량 산정을 하기 위한 데이터처리, 외생요인에 대한 보정을 위한 모델링 과정을 평가하고 모델링 과정의 불확도 요인에 대하여 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 이 결과 이벤트에 참여한 세대의 난방열 절감량에 대한 불확도는 ±18.57%로 산출되었다. 여기에 연간 난방열의 변동에 대한 보정을 고려하기 위한 모형의 불확도 ±2.61%를 조합하여 최종 에너지절감량에 대한 전체 불확도는 ±18.75%로 산출되었다.

영문 초록

The importance of uncertainty analysis in the performance assessment of energy and greenhouse gas has recently increased. The methodology of uncertainty analysis proposed by EMS (energy management system) presents detailed information on measuring the performance of abatement in energy and greenhouse gas and analyzing some uncertainty factors which are caused from the assessment. This paper suggests results from the uncertainty analysis, which are based on the results of verification analysis for saving event effects on heating conducted by KDHC (Korea District Heating Corporation) in 2011. This paper also evaluates data processing for calculation of energy savings and modeling process for correcting exogeneous factors and presents the results of the uncertainty factors during the modeling process. In conclusion, uncertainty of heating savings from households participated in the event was calculated at ±18.57%. By combining this figure with ±2.61%, uncertainty of a model to considerate the correction of annual heating fluctuations, an overall uncertainty of energy savings was calculated at ±18.75%.
