35세 미만과 35세 이상 임산부의 임신스트레스, 불안 및 출산결과 비교연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 35세 미만 임산부와 35세 이상 임산부의 일반적 특성과 산과적 특성을 알아보고 두군 간의 임신스트레스와 출산 전 불안 및 출산결과를 비교 분석하여 35세 이상 임산부의 산전관리를 위한 보다 효과적인 간호중재의 기초자료로 사용하고자 한다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 2013년 06월 30~09월 30일까지 실시하였으며, 연구대상은 출산을 위해 분만실에 입원한 35세 미만 임산부 79명과 35세 이상 임산부 81명 총 160명의 설문을 최종분석 하였다. 연구결과 35세 미만과 35세 이상인 임산부의 임신스트레스, 불안, 출산결과를 비교한 결과 35세 미만 임산부의 임신스트레스와 불안은 연령에 따라 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다(t=-0.516, p=.606). 출산결과는 분만방식(chi-square=7.609, p=.007)과 5분 아프가 점수(t=2.256, p=.025)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 35세 미만과 이상인 임산부의 일반적 특성에 따른 임신 스트레스와 불안을 비교한 결과 35세 미만 임산부는 자녀 유무에 따라 임신 스트레스와 불안에 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 35세 이상 임산부는 자녀유무에 따라 임신 스트레스와 불안이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결혼만족도는 두 군 모두에서 결혼만족도가 높을수록 임신 스트레스가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 불안은 35세 이상인 임산부에 있어서 결혼만족도가 높을 때 불안이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 산과적 특성에 따른 임신 스트레스와 불안을 비교한 결과, 35세 이상의 초산모의 임신스트레스와 불안이 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 35세 이상의 초산모를 대상으로 임신스트레스와 불안을 완화시키기 위한 산전관리를 더욱 강화해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to provide basic data of effective perinatal nursing intervention for pregnant women over 35 years old. This study investigated general characteristics and obstetrical characteristics of pregnant women under 35 years old and over 35 years old and comparatively analyzed pregnancy stress, anxiety and outcomes of birth between two groups. As a result of comparing pregnancy stress, anxiety and outcomes of birth for pregnant women under 35 years old to pregnant women over 35 years old, pregnancy stress and anxiety was no significant difference between the two group. For outcomes of birth, there was significant difference between the two group in delivery method (chi-square=7.609, p=.007) and 5 minutes Apgar score (t=2.256, p=.025). For pregnancy stress of pregnant women under 35 years old, there was significant difference according to satisfaction of marriage satisfaction (t=-2.481, p=.015). For pregnancy stress of pregnant women over 35 years old, there was significant difference according to children status (t=-2.801, p=.001) and marriage satisfaction (t=-1.481, p=.042). For anxiety of pregnant women over 35 years old, there was significant difference according to children status (t=-4.206, p=.001) and marriage satisfaction (t=-2.066, p=.042). For pregnancy stress and anxiety of women over 35 years old, there was significant difference according to parity.
