국문 초록

본 연구는 미취학 자녀를 둔 취업여성의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 양육스트레스, 직무스트레스, 배우자 지지, 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 파악하기 위함이다. 연구방법은 2013년 1월 1일부터 3월 30일까지 미취학 자녀를 둔 취업여성 175명을 대상으로 하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 결과 심리적 안녕감에는 월수입 배우자의 월수입, 직업만족도에 따라 차이가 있었으며 양육스트레스, 직무스트레스와는 부적 상관관계, 배우자 지지는 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 변수는 양육스트레스, 월수입, 직무스트레스, 배우자 지지 순으로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 미취학 자녀를 둔 취업여성의 심리적 안녕감을 46.1% 설명하였다. 따라서 미취학 자녀를 둔 취업여성의 다중역할 완화 및 향상증진을 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 미취학 자녀를 둔 취업여성의 심리적 안녕감을 증진해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to identify the factors influencing psychological well-being of employed women with pre-school children. The sample was one hundred seventy five subjects who completed a self administered survey. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS Win 18.0 program. The results of this study, influencing factors of employed women with pre-school children’s psychological well-being were parenting stress, mother’s monthly income, job stress and spouse support. These variables explained 46.1% of psychological well-being. Parenting stress among these variables had a great influencing factor. The result shows that psychological well-being of employed women with pre-school children is significantly related with parenting stress, job stress and spouse support. Thus, nursing intervention of psychological well-being should be developed for employed women with pre-school children.
