골프장의 핵심역량과 경쟁전략 간의 적합성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 골프장 경쟁 전략군에 따른 핵심역량을 분석하고, 핵심역량과 경쟁전략 간의 적합성이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하여 타 골프장과의 경쟁에서 지속적으로 경쟁우위를 갖고 운영할 수 있는 경영전략 수립의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 2012년 1월 2일부터 3월 31일까지 전국에 위치한 골프장을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 조사한 70곳 중 불성실하게 응답한 자료와 조사내용의 일부가 누락된 자료로 판단된 7곳의 설문지를 제외한 총 63곳의 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 조사도구의 타당성 및 신뢰도 분석, K-평균 군집분석, t-검정, 분산분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 골프장의 경쟁전략군은 3개 군집으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 경쟁 전략군에 따른 핵심역량은 인사관리, 마케팅 관리, 정보관리에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 핵심역량과 경쟁전략의 적합성은 비재무적 경영성과에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of core ability of managing golf club and appropriateness of competitive strategy on business outcome. The 70 golf club were chosen from located in Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do and others. Among 70 questionnaires distributed and collected, 7 questionnaires were excluded from the study because they were neither thoughtfully nor completely answered. For the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, K-mean cluster analysis, t-test, ANOVA of SPSS 12.0 were performed. The research results of this study indicate that first, the sub-groups categorizing the golf clubs in accordance with its competitive strategies are ‘non-strategy’, ‘differentiation strategy’, and ‘cost leadership strategy’ groups. Second, according to competitive strategy groups, their core ability of golf club showed significant difference in personnel management, marketing management and information management factors. Finally, appropriateness of core ability and competitive strategy showed significant difference in non-financial business outcome.
