국문 초록

본 연구는 관광ㆍ레저형 기업도시건설을 위한 계획기준 중의 하나인 소비자중심의 계획수립 조건을 충족시키기 위해 이를 실현하는 방법의 하나로 잠재방문객의 성향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 태안관광레저도시의 가장 큰 잠재수요자로 판단되는 서울시민을 대상으로 하였으며, 회수된 자료의 분석을 위한 분석방법으로는 계량경제모델인 프로빗모형(probit model)을 설정하였다. 분석결과 잠재방문객의 성향은 소득수준이 높은 가정의 남성보다 여성들로서 놀이시설과 음식문화체험시설을 이용을 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세계적인 기업도시를 건설하고 국내수요 뿐만 아니라 외국수요까지도 흡수할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 무엇보다 수요자 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색해야함이 분명하다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 선행 작업으로 잠재수요자의 인구통계학적 특성과 입지가 예정되어 있는 이용시설에 대한 선호도를 파악하였으며, 관련변수에 대한 개발방향설정을 위한 정보로 제공되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency of potential visitors to meet conditions of setting plans based on customers which is one of planning criteria for tourism leisure city. Respondents are residents in Seoul, regarded as influential demanders and to analyze data, probit model is applied which is a econometrics models. As a result of data analysis, the tendency of potential visitors appeared to be housewives who are high income level and prefer using the playing facilities and world foods store to others. It was very clear fact that firstly, suppliers need to seek ways to meet their needs to absorb domestic demand and out of country demand and construct world-class tourism leisure city. So, this study focused on seizing the influence of demographic variables and preference of facilities that is going to be occupied to accomplish the purpose of the study. And then author expects that very crucial information for setting development directives on related variables is provided.
