간호대학생의 긍정적 사고에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 사회적 지지, 자기효능감 및 긍정적 사고 간의 관계를 파악하고, 간호대학생의 긍정적 사고에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하여 간호대학생의 긍정적 사고 증진을 위한 구체적인 중재 방안을 마련하기 위해 시행되었다. 대상자는 간호대학생 200명이었고, 자료는 일반적 특성과 사회적지지, 자기효능감, 긍정적 정서로 구성된 자가보고 질문지로 수집되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-검정(t-test)과 ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수(correlation coefficients), 다중회귀(multiple regression)로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 긍정적 사고는 사회적 지지(r=.626, p<.001), 자기효능감(r=.660, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 간호대학생의 긍정적 사고에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 사회적 지지(β=.388, p<.001), 자기효능감(β=.376, p<.001), 성별(β=-.133, p=.006), 학년(β=.104, p=.029), 전공만족도(β=.149, p=.005)이었으며, 이들 요인들은 긍정적 정서를 59.6% 설명하였다. 간호대학생의 긍정적 정서에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 지지, 자기효능감 및 전공만족도 순이었다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 긍정적 사고 증진을 위해서는 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 전공만족도를 높일 수 있는 중재 방안을 개발하고 적용하도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study was to identify the significant predictors of positive thinking for nursing students. The data were collected using questionnaire from the sample of 200 nursing students. The data were collected through self-report questionnaires, which were constructed to include social support, self efficacy, and positive thinking. Data were analyzed using frequencies means, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with SPSS 21.0. The significant predictors of positive thinking for nursing students were social support (β=.388, p<.001), self efficacy (β=.376, p<.001), sex (β=-.133, p=.006), school year (β=.104, p=.029), and satisfaction of major (β=.149, p=.005), explaining 59.6% of the variance in positive thinking. The most important predictors of positive thinking for nursing students were social support, self efficacy, and satisfaction of major. The findings of this study suggest that the approach to effective positive thinking promotion program for nursing students should consider social support, self efficacy, and Satisfaction of major.
