‘지원서 및 면접 특강’ 취업지원 프로그램에 관한 성과 분석

국문 초록

취업에 영향을 주는 다양한 취업지원 프로그램 특히 ‘지원서 및 면접 특강’ 지원프로그램에 대한 성과를 분석하는 것이 주목적이다. 또한 다양한 특성(즉 계열별 및 성별의 세부특성)별로 구분하여 성과를 분석하는 것은 부차적인 목적이며, 이러한 목적을 통해 ‘지원서 및 면접 특강’을 성별 및 계열별로 맞는 학습방향을 제시하는 것 또한 부차적 목적이다. 본 연구는 취업지원 프로그램 중에서 ‘지원서 및 면접 특강’ 지원프로그램에 대한 성과를 분석했다는 점에서 기존 연구들과 차별성을 가지고 있다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다: 1) 전체 자료에 대해 모든 대응표본에서 ‘대응 집단의 평균 차이가 없다’라는 귀무가설이 모두 기각되었다. 즉 수강후의 평균값이 수강전의 평균값보다 모두 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 2) 인문계열과 예체능계열에서 4개 요인과 프로그램 만족도간에는 연관성이 전혀 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 사회과학계열은 구직기술과 양의 상관관계를 가진 것으로 분석되었다. 3) 남학생의 회귀모형에서는 프로그램 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인은 없으나, 여학생의 경우에는 프로그램 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인은 구직기술임을 알 수 있다. 즉 구직기술에 대한 지원프로그램을 통해 큰 만족도를 얻고 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this research is to evaluate job supporting program, ‘special course on resume and interview’, which affects employment. In addition, it is second objectives to evaluate the program by various characteristics (i.e., categories and gender characteristics) and to give study directions to the program. The results of this research are as the followings: First, for total sample the all null hypothesis (which assumes that the mean of two paired samples are equal) are rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis which the means of post-lecture are greater than those of pre-lecture. Second, it was analyzed that there is no correlation between four factors and satisfaction in the humanities category and arts & physical education category. In social science category, there is a positive correlation between the job search skills factor and satisfaction. Finally, in the regression model of the male there is no factors that affect the program satisfaction. But in the case of a female model, job search skills had a significant impact on the program satisfaction.
