방카슈러 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 만족도 향상 방안

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 은행에서 보험을 판매하는 방카슈러의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 이들의 만족도를 향상시키는 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 방카슈랑스가 시행된 지 2년이 지났지만 이러한 분야의 연구는 이루어지지 못했다. 연구방법은 만족도와 방카슈러의 개별 특성, 근무 여건간의 유사성의 정도를 파악하는 상응분석과, 만족도와 제휴 여건간의 분산분석을 사용한다. 연구 결과 첫째, 방카슈러의 개별 특성 분석에서는 은행근무연수 또는 보험판매기간이 오래될수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 은행이 보험판매에는 은행의 본 업무에서 숙련도가 높은 종업원을 활용하여야 함을 시사한다. 둘째, 근무 여건에서는 은행업무와 보험업무 분리가 만족도와 관련성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 은행업무와 보험 업무를 분리하지 않은 경우 보험 판매자의 불만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 보험판매자의 만족도 제고를 위해서는 은행업무와 보험업무간 갈등이 발생하지 않도록 하여야 할 것이며, 보험판매에 따른 보수 체계 역시 합리적으로 설정되어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 제휴 상품 수는 만족도와 관련성이 없는 것으로 분석되었는데, 향후 은행이 취급하는 상품의 종류가 다양해질 경우 제휴 상품 수 역시 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the factors influencing the satisfaction of the bancassurer and to suggest how to improve it. This kind of research has not been studied even though bancassurance was introduced two years ago. We use the correspondence analysis to find the degree of similarity between the satisfaction and the bancassurer and the individual characteristics and the job environment of the bancassurer. We also use ANOVA to find the relationship between the distribution alliance in terms of the number of products and the satisfaction of the bancassurer. The findings of this paper are as follows. Firstly, the longer the bancassurer s service is, the longer the length of bancassurer s service is, the higher satisfaction he/she gets. This implies that banks should employ skilled employees in dealing with insurance. Secondly, it is found that a separation of the insurance work from bank s is an important factor for the bancassurer s satisfaction in the analysis of the job conditions of the bancassurer. In order to improve the satisfaction of the bancassurer, banks contrive not to conflict between the insurance work and bank s. An insurance fee system is also made a reasonable way. Finally, there is no direct relationship between the number of products allianced and the satisfaction of the bancassurer. However, we expect to find a relationship between them if the products are diversified.
