국문 초록

대부분의 관광산업 관련 직무만족에 관한 연구는 현재 근무하고 있는 직장에 대한 직무만족도를 분석하고 이를 이직의도와의 관계를 파악하는 것이 일반적인데 비해 본 연구는 이직 전 직장의 만족도를 파악하는데 그 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다. 이직 전 직장의 만족도를 살펴봄으로서 향후 이직한 직장과의 만족도를 비교 연구하여 구체적이고 효과적인 인적자원관리 방안을 제시하는데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 시간과 경제적인 요인의 한계로 인하여 본 연구는 최근 가장 많은 수의 경력직원의 이직을 유도한 (주)GKL(그랜드코리아레저)의 세븐럭 카지노의 종사원을 대상으로 이직 전 직장에 대한 만족도를 파악하는데 중점을 두었다. 실증분석 결과 동료와의 관계요인이 직무 만족도에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로는 직무내용 요인, 업무능력 요인, 상사와의 관계 요인, 승진 및 직책·직급의 공정성 요인, 임금 및 물적 지원에 관한 요인의 순으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This research primarily focused on investigation of factors which affect job satisfaction level and satisfactory level of casino workers in their previous workplace. Investigation of job satisfaction in the previous workplace allows to compare satisfaction level between in current workplace and previous workplace. Therefore, it may have a critical role in providing specific and effective human resource management in the future. This study conducted to investigate job satisfaction level of skilled casino workers who had departed from their former workplace because of new establishment of Seven Luck Casinos which currently opened 3 different branches (KangNam, Millennium Hilton Hotel and Pusan Lotte Hotel branch) of Grand Korea Leisure Seven Luck Casino Limited, subsidiary of Korea National Tourism Organization. Assessment items regarding factors influencing satisfaction level of skilled workers when they were working in the previous casinos included six factors: wage and other financial assistance, fairness of promotion, duty and position, relationship with supervisors, relationship with workmate, job capability and job description.
