환자권리에 대한 인식 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 환자권리에 대한 인식을 측정하는 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다. 자료수집 기간은 2019년 4월 10일부터 6월 25일까지였으며, 연구 대상자는 전북과 강원도 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 217명이었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 도구의 구성 타당도 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach’s alpha 및 Cronbach alpha for deleted item을 이용하였다. 대상자의 특성은 빈도와 백분율로 분석하였다. 도구의 타당도 검증 결과, 총 23문항, 3개 하부 요인으로 구성된 도구가 도출되었다. 제 1요인(12문항)은 ‘존중, 평등, 비밀보장 및 진료를 받을 권리’, 제 2요인(7문항)은 ‘요구 및 참여의 권리’, 제 3요인(4문항)은 ‘알 권리 및 자기결정권’이다. 도구의 신뢰도를 검증한 결과, 총 23문항의 신뢰도는 .930이었고, ‘존중, 평등, 비밀보장 및 진료를 받을 권리’ .916, ‘요구 및 참여의 권리’ .848, ‘알 권리 및 자기결정권’ .748이었다. 향후 본 연구에서 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증한 도구를 활용하여 임상과 교육 현장에서 다양한 연구를 시도해 볼 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the perception of patients’ right scale. The data were collected from April 10 to June 25, 2019. The participants were 217 students attending universities in Jeonbuk and Gangwon-do provinces. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 24.0 programs. The perception of patients’ rights scale used in this study was conducted a procedure to examine the construct validity and reliability of the subjects of this study. The exploratory factor analysis were conducted to verify construct validity, and Cronbach s alpha and Cronbach alpha for deleted item were used for reliability. The characteristics of the participants was analyzed by descriptive statistics. A total of 23 items and 3 subfactors were derived from the construct validity. The first factor (12 items) was ‘right to receive respect, equality, confidentiality, and medical treatment’, the second factor (7 items) was ‘right to demand and participate’, and the third factor (4 items) was ‘right to know and self-determination’. As a result of the reliability test, the reliability of the total 23 items was .930, ‘right to receive respect, equality, confidentiality, and medical treatment’ .916, ‘right to demand and participate’ .848, and ‘right to know and self-determination’ .748. It is necessary to try various researches in the clinical and educational field using the scale that verified the validity and reliability in this study.
