환경산업체의 생존분석에 관한 실증연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 환경업체의 생존함수를 추정하는 것이며 환경업체가 속한 다양한 특성들에 따른 생존함수를 추정한다. 또한 이러한 특성들 중에 생존기간에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 발견하는 것이다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 5년 누적생존율이 64.37%이며 10년 누적이 41.99%이다. 5년차의 생존율은 상당히 높은데 5~10년 사이에 상당히 많은 숫자가 타 업종과 비교해서 부도가 많이 나는 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, CEO의 업력구간이 길어질수록 생존기간이 비교해서 큼을 알 수 있었다. 종업원규모간 생존기간 차이도 유의한 결과를 나타내고 있다. 종업원규모가 큰 기업의 생존율이 높게 나타난다. 셋째, Cox의 비례위험모형을 적용한 결과, 환경업체의 생존기간에 대출금리, CEO 종사업력, 자기자본비율값이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과로써 활용할 수 정책방향은 자기자본비율이 일정이상인 경우 부산시 정책자금을 지원하거나 대출금리가 오를 경우에 한해 (정책)자금 지원 등이 따라야 할 것이며 CEO 업력을 높이기 위한 (재)교육 지원 등이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is that not performing the survival analysis for estimation of bankruptcy prediction model, estimating the survival function of the entire environmentind ustries. The results are as follows: First, cumulative 5-year survival rate is 64.37% and cumulative 10-year cumulative survival rate is 41.99%. The survival rate in the 5th year is considerably high, and it is estimated that a considerable number of cases are in the 5th~10th year, compared with other industries. Second, the longer the engagement year of the CEO, the longer the survival period was. Also, survival time of the employee size also shows significant results. The survival rate of companies with large employees is high. Third, as a result of applying Cox s proportional hazard model, the lending rate, CEO engagement years, and equity ratio have a significant impact on the survival period of environmental companies. As a result of the research, the policy direction that can be utilized is that if the capital adequacy ratio is above a certain level, it will be necessary to support the policy funds of Busan City or funding for the case that the loan interest rate rises.
