국문 초록

본 연구에서는 공공기관구술채록사업에 있어서 문제점과 해결발안에 대해 고찰했다. 공공기관구술채록의 문제점을 사업의 실무진행 면에서 살펴보았다. 해당 사업의 실무담당자가 해당사업을 처음 시도하거나 전문성이 부족한 경우에 발생될 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 ‘공공기관 구술채록사업 실무담당자 교육’, ‘공공기관구술채록 사업 실무담당자 네트워크 생성’, ‘공공기관 구술채록사업 매뉴얼 작성’을 제시했다. 공공기관 구술채록사업 실무담당자 교육은 초임자를 대상으로 공공기관 구술채록사업의 계획부터 사업수행 및 향후방향 설정에 이르기까지 전과정에 대한 사업진행교육을 의미한다. 공공기관구술채록 사업 실무담당자 네트워크의 구성원은 구술채록사업의 유경험자와 무경험자로 구성되어야 한다. 유경험자가 공공기관 구술채록 사업 수행에 있어 문제점과 해결방안 등을 제시하고 무경험자도 이러한 경험을 공유할 수 있는 네트워크여야 한다.

영문 초록

In this study, we examined the problem and the solution proposal in the public institution oral record working. The problems of the public institution’s oral records were examined in terms of the working progress. This can happen if the person in charge of the project is trying the project for the first time or lack of expertise. In order to solve these problems, we proposed ‘Education for Public Personnel Auditory Recordkeeping to work’, ‘Creation of Network for Public Audit Record Industry’, and ‘Preparation of Public Audit Record Management working Manual’. The training of practitioner in the public institution oral record working refers to the training of the first person in charge of the business process from the plan of the public institution oral record working to the execution of the business and the setting of the future direction. The members of the network of practitioners in the public institution’s oral record workings should be composed of experienced and inexperienced persons in the oral record business. The problem should be a network in which the inexperienced person presents the problems and the solutions for the performance of the public institution’s oral record business and the inexperienced person can share the experience.
