다자주의 관점에서 본 근대 일본의 지역통합론

국문 초록

多国間主義は、国際政治理論のひとつであり、脱冷戦後の国際社会での一般的な協力の形となっている。多国間協力を通じて共同の利益を追求する多国間主義の究極の目標は、国際社会の安定と平和である。多国間主義は自発性、平等性、多様性という基本的な原理と共通の利害関係及び、原則と制度、包括的互恵性という構成要素を持っている。これらの概念は、国際社会の普遍的価値とすることができ、近代日本が追求した地域統合論の仕事国防総省を分析する準拠になることがある。本研究では、アジア主義の理念に基づいている、アジア連帯論と五族協和、東亜連盟、東亜共同体、大東亜共栄圏を包括する、大東亜共栄論という近代日本の地域統合の論理らに対し、多国間主義という国際政治理論を適用して分析し、これにより近代日本の地域統合論が内包している国防総省をより体系的に解明してみようとした。また、このような考察に基づいて、21世紀の東アジアの地域的協力と統合が目指すべき普遍的価値を提示した。

영문 초록

Multilateralism is one of the theories of international politics, and since the post-cold war, it has become a common form of cooperation in the international community. The ultimate goal of multilateralism in pursuing common interests through multilateral cooperation is the stability and peace of the international community. Multilateralism has the basic principles of spontaneity, equality and diversity, and components of common interest, principles and institutions, and comprehensive reciprocity. These concepts are universal values of the international community, and it may be the basis for analyzing the unilaterality of regional integration theory pursued by modern Japan. In this study, the logic of regional integration in modern Japan was analyzed through the international political theory of multilateralism. The logic is Asian solidarity ideological-based on Asianism and the theory of greater East Asia co-prosperity that covers five races under one union, League of East Asia, East Asian Cooperative Community, Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere. Through this, I would like to examine more systematically the unilaterality of modern regional integration theory. And based on these considerations, this paper presented the universal values that regional cooperation and integration in East Asia in the 21st century should aim for.
