대학 인성교육체제와 발전방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 전략적 HRD의 접근을 통해 국내 대학에서 인성교육이 더욱 효과적이고 체계적으로 이루어지기 위한 대안을 탐색하고 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 같은 목적을 위해서 이 연구는 문헌연구를 통해 인성교육평가지표를 검토하였고, 국내 대학의 사례와 전략적 HRD이론을 적용하여 인성교육발전단계를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 국내 대학의 각 인성교육발전 단계에 따른 발전방향과 과제를 추출하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과 국내 대학의 인성교육발전단계는 1단계인 선언적 인성교육, 2단계인 산발적 인성교육, 3단계 공식적 인성교육, 4단계 전문적 인성교육, 5단계 통합적 인성교육, 6단계 전략적 인성교육으로 구분할 수 있다. 또한 1단계부터 4단계까지 발전은 부서의 형태와 전문 인력의 배치가 중심이 되며, 5단계와 6단계는 인성교육책임자의 역량과 리더십에 의해 좌우된다. 결과적으로 인성교육기관은 교내 인성교육의 컨트롤 타워로서 위상을 가져야 하며 경영의 전략적 파트너로서 각 인성교육관련 기관과 소통과 협력적 체제를 마련하여야 한다.

영문 초록

Through the strategic HRD approach, this research aims to explore alternatives for character education to be more effective and systematic in universities and development directions. For this purpose, the study reviewed the evaluation of character education through the literature study, and applied the case studies of universities and the strategic HRD theory to suggest the stage for character education development. Through this process, the university extracted development directions and tasks for each phase of character education development. According to research in this paper, the level of character education development in universities is first stage declared character education, second stage sporadic character education, third stage official character education, fourth stage professional character education, fifth stage integrated character education, and sixth stage strategic character education. In addition, the development from Stage 1 to 4 is centered on the form of departments and the placement of professional personnel, and the Stage 5 and 6 are dependent on the skills and leadership of the person in charge of character education. As a result, a character education institution should have a status as a control tower for character education in universities and as a strategic partner in management, it should establish a system of communication and cooperation with each character education-related institution.
