비전수립 코칭 프로그램이 방과후아카데미 아동의 자기효능감과 진로성숙도 및 성취동기에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 방과후아카데미 아동을 대상으로 비전수립 코칭 프로그램을 개 발하고 적용하여 자기효능감과 진로성숙도 및 성취동기에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시에 위치한 A 방과후아카데미와 B 방과후아카데미 의 아동들 중 진로 상담 프로그램에 참여를 희망하는 39명을 선정하여 실험집단, 비 교집단, 통제집단에 각 13명씩 무선배치하였다. 측정도구는 자기효능감 척도, 진로성 숙도 척도, 성취동기 척도를 사용하였으며 수집된 자료는 다변량공분산분석 (Multivariate Analysis of Covariance: MANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 실험 집단은 통제집단에 비해 자기효능감의 사후검사 점수가 유의미하게 상승되었음을 볼 수 있었고, 진로성숙도와 성취동기 역시 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 사후 검사 점수가 유의미하게 상승되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 비전수립 코칭 프로 그램을 개발하여 진로상담에서 심리적 지지가 요구되는 방과후아카데미 아동에게 진로상담 전략을 제시하였다는 점과 함께 양육 환경의 제약으로 낮은 자기효능감 형 성, 비합리적 진로문제 경험, 그리고 성취동기 형성에 어려움을 겪을 수 있는 저소득 층 아동들을 위한 구체적 진로상담 프로그램의 모델을 제공하였다는 점에서 그 의의 가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of coaching program focused on vision establishment on self-efficacy, career maturity and achievement motivation of after-school-academy children. The subjects of this study were 39 children who attended two different after-school-academy in Busan. They were divided into three different groups (an experiment group, a comparative group, a control group) and each group had 13 children. The coaching program focused on vision establishment was applied for the experiment group and the career counseling programs was applied for the comparative group. Each program consisted of 12 sessions to investigate the effects on self-efficacy, career maturity and achievement motivation. The conclusion based on results and discussion are as follows. First, the coaching program focused on vision establishment has a meaningful effect on self-efficacy of after-school-academy children. Second, the coaching program focused on vision establishment has a meaningful effect on career maturity of after-school-academy children. Third, the coaching program focused on vision establishment has a meaningful effect on achievement motivation of after-school-academy children. Based on the findings above, this study shows that the coaching program focused on vision establishment helps after-school-academy children improving their self-efficacy, career maturity and achievement motivation.
