국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 누리과정 교사용 지도서 총 32권에 나타난 277개의 수학교육 활동을 누리과정 관련요소를 중심으로 분석함으로써 지도서에 제시된 수학교육활동의 전반적 분포와 경향성을 이해하는 데 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 수학교육 활동은 ‘공간과 도형의 기초 개념 알아보기’, ‘수와 연산의 기초개념 알아보기’, ‘기초적인 자료수집과 결과 나타내기’의 순으로 나타났으며, 전체 277개의 수학활동 중에서 86%를 차지하였다. 반면, ‘기초적인 측정하기’와 규칙성 이해하기’는 24%로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 수학교육 활동은 대 소집단 활동보다는 자유선택활동에서 많이 이루어진 반면, 대 소집단활동의 음악, 과학, 미술에서는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 셋째, 수학 교육 활동은 모든 연령에서 ‘공간과 도형의 기초개념 알아보기’의 수학교육 내용이 가장 많이 다루어지고 있었으며, ‘공간과 도형의 기초개념 알아보기’의 내용은 수 조작 영역과 쌓기놀이 영역에서 가장 많이 다루어지고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 유아교육 현장에서 수학교육의 현 상황을 점검해보고, 유아 수학교육과 교사용 지도서 집필의 올바른 방향을 제공하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This is the main purpose to understand the tendency and the general distribution figure of mathematics education activities which is presented in the Nuri curriculum teaching guidebooks, analyzing 227 of math activities shown out of Nuri curriculum teaching guidebooks, 32 in total. The result of study shows Understanding the basic concept of space and figure , Understanding the number and operations and Presenting the result & Collecting basic data in order which occupied 86% out of 277 kinds of math activities. On the other hand, it turns out to be lower as 24% Basic measurement and comprehending rules . Second, the activity of the mathematics education is happening in free choice activity rather then great small group. But music, science, and art is not happening in small group activity. Third, the mathematics education activity is for all age and most of the subject of the education is about Basic Concepts of Space and Figure . The content is mostly mentioned in number·operate part and building game part. As this result, we have to check the current situation of the mathematic education for children and trying to use as a base line data for the teacher s manual.
