국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 교실 시뮬레이션이 예비 교사의 진로성숙도 향상에 효과가 있는지 알아보기 위한 것이다. 특히, 교실 시뮬레이션이 예비 교사의 진로자기효능감과 진로준비행동을 향상시키는데 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교실 시뮬레이션이 예비교사의 진로 성숙도 향상에 효과가 있는가? 특히, 진로성숙도의 하위 요인인 진로자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 어떤 영향을 주는가? 둘째, 예비교사의 진로성숙도에 영향을 주는 교실 시뮬레이션의 주요한 요인은 무엇인가? 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 K대학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제 집단을 구성하고 실험집단에게는 12주간 교실 시뮬레이션을 적용하고 통제집단은 일반적인 학교 현장실습 준비 프로그램을 처치하였다. 연구결과, 교실 시뮬레이션이 예비교사의 진로성숙도의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 진로성숙도의 하위요인인 진로자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 있어서 실험집단과 비교집단 간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 실험에 참가한 예비교사들의 소감문을 통해 교실시뮬레이션의 주요한 특징인 수업상황에서의 다양한 의사결정연습이 이들의 진로성숙도 향상에 효과적임이 입증되었다. 이 연구는 교실 시뮬레이션이 예비교사의 수업능력을 향상시키고, 이에 따라 그들의 진로성숙도 역시 향상됨을 증명한 연구로써 지금까지 예비교사의 수업능력 향상을 위해 활용되었던 교실 시뮬레이션이 예비교사의 진로성숙도를 높여주기 위한 효과적인 도구임을 입증하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out how classroom simulation affects the change of pre-service teachers’ career maturity and whether it improved the career self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of pre-service teachers who are taking the course of classroom simulation. To achieve this goal, the following questions were set up. First, how do pre-service teachers develop their career maturities through classroom simulation? Especially how does classroom simulation affect subcategories of career maturity, which are career self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of pre-service teachers? Second, what are the main factors of the classroom simulation that influence on the career maturity of pre-service teachers? To answer these questions above, this study was conducted with two classes as the experimental group and two classes selected as the control group from the third grade of K University located in Korea. The experimental group was given 12-week in which classroom simulation was applied in the class. On the other hand, the control group was given classes by an inexperienced traditional preparation program in the class. Through this study, we found out that classroom simulation would improve pre-service teachers’ teaching skills and it would affect their career maturities, especially, their career self-efficacies and career preparation behaviors. And also, we could discover the main factors of the classroom simulation that influence on their career maturities.
