대학생의 성인애착과 스마트폰 중독 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 성인애착과 스마트폰 중독 관계에서 사회적 지지와 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 둔 실증적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경남지역에 소재한 K대학교 1~4학년 366명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2017년 6월 26～30일까지 일주간 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성인애착, 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 스마트폰 중독 간의 유의한 관련성이 나타났고, 성인애착, 사회적 지지, 자기효능감은 스마트폰 중독을 설명하는 유의한 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인애착과 스마트폰 중독 관계에서 사회적 지지와 자기효능감의 완전매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 정서적 유대관계에서 불안과 회피 수준을 벗어나기 위해 대학생들은 스마트폰에 애착하는 현상이 지속적으로 증가하고 있어 이들이 스마트폰 중독에서 벗어 나 바람직한 사회구성원으로 성장할 수 있도록 자기효능감을 강화하고 가족, 친구, 교수와의 사회 정서적 유대관계를 구축할 수 있는 방안을 검토해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

As empirical research, this study investigated the mediating effects of social support and self-efficacy on the relationship between adult attachment and smartphone addiction of college students. For the study, a survey was conducted among 366 first to fourth year students at K University located in Kyeongsangnamdo, between June 26 and June 30. The collected data was processed by using SPSS, based on frequency analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and multiple-regression analysis. The result was as follows: first, significant correlation was found among adult attachment, social support, self-efficacy, and smartphone addiction, and adult attachment, social support, and self-efficacy were significant variables that explain smartphone addiction. Second, the complete mediation effects of social support and self-efficacy on the relationship between adult attachment and smartphone addiction was significant. In order to escape from anxiety and avoidance in emotional relationship, college students are becoming increasingly attached to smartphone. Therefore, in order for them to overcome smartphone addiction and grow as adequate members of society, it is necessary to reinforce self-efficacy and find ways to build social and emotional bond with their family, friends, and professors
