유아교육학과에서 ‘기업가정신과 창업’ 교과목에 대한 좋은 수업 만들기:

국문 초록

본 연구는 전문대학 유아교육학과에서 ‘기업가정신과 창업’ 교과목의 필요성과 함께 어떻게 가르치는 것이 좋은 수업 인가에 대한 물음을 안고, 유아교육학과 특성에 비추어 수업과정을 분석하여 이에 따른 교수자의 성찰을 반영해가는 질적 실행연구 이다. 연구 참여자는 경기도에 위치한 전문대학 유아교육학과 3학년에 재학 중인 학생 105명과 동료교수 2인이다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 9월 초부터 2017년 1월 중순이며, 연구의 타당성 확보를 위해 수업일지와 수업관찰자료, 학생과 동료교수와의 면담, 중간 강의평가 분석 보고서, 수업요구도조사와 성찰노트 등의 자료를 분석 하였다. ‘기업가정신과 창업’ 교과목을 통해 좋은 수업을 만들고자 노력했던 과정은 교수자에게 학습자 중심의 반성적 사고를 이끌게 하였으며, 국가정책에 맞추는 수동적 인 수업에서 벗어나, 학생과의 소통과 이해를 중심으로 좋은 수업을 경험하게 하였다. 유아교육학과 학생들은 자신이 3년 동안 경험한 유아교육이라는 커다란 지식과 삶속에서 본 교과목의 교육목적과 내용을 연계하는 수업에 의미를 두었다. 이에 본 교과가 유아교육학과 학생들에게 의미 있는 좋은 수업이 되기 위해서는 학과 특성에 맞는 ‘기업가정신과 창업’ 교과목에 대한 정체성이 재정립되어야 하겠다.

영문 초록

This study is a qualitative action research for reflecting instructors’ introspection by analyzing instructional process in light of the characteristics of the Department of Early Childhood Education having a question on what is the good instruction with the necessity of ‘entrepreneurship and Venture’ subject in the Department of Early Childhood Education at junior colleges. Study participants are 105 junior students enrolled in and 2 professors teaching at the Department of Early Childhood Education of a junior college in Gyeonggi-do. Data collection period was from early September 2016 through the middle of January 2017, and for securing validity of the research, this study analyzed data such as class diary, class observation data, interview between students and professors, analysis report of interim evaluation of lecture, survey of learners needs for instruction, introspection note etc. The process of efforts to make good instruction through ‘entrepreneurship and Venture’ subject led instructors to have learner-centered reflective thinking, enabling to experience good instruction focusing on the communication with and understanding of students breaking from passive classes adjusting to national policies. Students of the Department of Early Childhood Education put meaning on the class that connects the purpose and contents of the subject in profound knowledge of early childhood education and life they experienced for 3 years. Thus, identity of ‘entrepreneurship and Venture’ subject suited to the characteristics of the department shall be reestablished for the subject to become good instruction that is meaningful to the students of the Department of Early Childhood Education.
