해외여행객의 개인가치에 따른 관광선호유형의 차이분석에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 해외여행객의 개인가치에 따른 관광선호유형의 차이분석에 관한 연구를 통해서 관광객의 심리가 관광선호유형에 어떤 영향이 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 해외여행객의 개인가치에 따른 관광상품의 개발과 고객관리를 위한 여행기업의 고객마케팅 전략에 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구회 자료 분석을 위하여 인천공항의 해외여행객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구문제의 분석을 위하여, 군집분석과 ANOVA분석이 이용되었다. 연구결과 해외여행객의 개인가치가 4개의 군집으로 분류되었는데, ‘저 위락형’, ‘저 내향형’, ‘가치 중시형’, ‘저 외향형’으로 분류되었다. ANOVA분석은 휴양추구와 소비추구가 유의한 차이를 보이고 있는데, 목적추구와 성취추구는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 목적추구와 성취추구는 모든 군집에서 선호되고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있으므로, 두 유형에 대한 발전방안도 함께 생각해 보는 것이 중요한 의미라고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed differences in preference types of tourism depending on personal value of outbound tourists to identify how tourists' psychology influences their preference types of tourism. Ultimately, the present study aims at developing tourism products suitable for individual differences in each tourist's preference and helping travel companies to set up marketing strategies for customer management. For the purpose of this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with outbound tourists in Incheon Airport and collected data was analyzed. To analyze the data, cluster analysis and ANOVA were used As a result, outbound tourists' personal value were divided into 4 dusters: 'low amusement type', 'low introversion type', 'high interest in value type', and 'low extroversion type.' ANQVA analysis found that recreation-pursuing and consumption-pursuing showed a significant difference, while goal-pursuing and achievement-pursuing did not. Therefore, goal-pursuing and achievement-pursuing types are preferred in every duster, and these two types need be considered in developing strategies fit for customers' preferences.
