국문 초록

본 연구는 항공사종사자가 지각하는 직무스트레스가 종사자회 이직회도에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 우선 항공사종사자회 직무스트레스를 측정하기 위해 직무스트레스에 대한 문헌연구화 항공사업무의 특성을 반영하기위한 전문가집단조사를 통해 역할스트레스, 관계스트레스, 보상스트레스로 나누어 이직의도에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보았다. 실증조사를 통한 가설검증결과 첫째, 역할스트레스의 요인 중에서 역할갈등과 역할모호성에 이직의도가 정(+)의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고, 성별과 대리직급에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계스트레스의 요인 중에서 고객과 상사에 정(+)의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고, 대리직급, 과장직급에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보상스트레스의 요인은 금전적보상과 비금전적보상 모두에게 정(+)영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고 대리직급, 과장직급에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to find out the correlation between job stress perceived by airline employees and their turnover intention For a start, literature study on job stress was conducted to measure airline employees' job stress and expert group research was carried out to reflect characteristics of the airline business, and then stress was divided into role stress, relationship stress, and reward stress to figure out the correlation between turnover intention and them. According to the results of testing hypotheses through research based on evidence, first, among the factors in role stress, role conflict and role ambiguity affected turnover intention positively, and this was statistically significant in the assistant manager position. Second, relationship stress was influenced by customers or seniors positively, and this was statistically significant in the assistant manager and manager positions. Third, reward stress was positively affected by both monetary and non-monetary rewards, and this had a significantly positive effect on the assistant manager and manager positions.
