보육교사의 유보통합에 대한 인식이 고용불안에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 유보통합에 대한 인식이 고용불안에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 위치한 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사 217명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구도구로는 고가온이 사용한 ‘유보통합에 대한 인식’도구와 강미 등이 사용한 ‘고용불안’ 측정도구를 사용하였고, 자료분석은 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 보육교사가 유보통합의 효과성을 높게 인식하는 것과 고용불안 간에 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사가 유치원과 어린이집 기관의 차이를 크게 인식할수록 고용불안은 증가하였고, 유치원과 어린이집 두 기관의 구분유지가 필요하다고 인식하고 유보통합의 효과성을 높게 인식할수록 고용불안은 감소하였다. 그리고 유보통합의 효과성에 대한 인식이 높을수록 이직의도가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 보육교사가 유보통합 정책을 긍정적으로 받아들일 때 고용에 대한 불안이 낮았다는 시사점을 얻었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of childcare teachers’ perception of preschool integration on their job insecurity. To this end, a survey was conducted on 217 childcare teachers working at daycare centers in Gyeonggi Province. The research tools used were the ‘Perception of Preschool Integration’ tool used by Go Ga-on and the ‘Employment Insecurity’ measurement tool used by Kang Mi et al., and data analysis was conducted using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that, first, there was a significant negative correlation between childcare teachers’ perception of the effectiveness of preschool integration and their job insecurity. Second, the greater the difference between kindergartens and daycare centers, the more job insecurity increased. In addition, the higher the perception of the effectiveness of preschool integration, the lower the intention to change jobs. Through this study, we obtained the implication that when childcare teachers positively accept the preschool integration policy, their job insecurity can be reduced.
