유아⋅놀이 중심 교육과정 실행력 함양을 위한 아동관찰및행동연구 교과목 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아⋅놀이 중심 교육과정 실행력 함양을 위한 ｢아동관찰및행동연구｣ 교과목을 개발하고, 개발된 교과목을 적용하는 과정에서 나타난 예비교사의 변화를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 선행연구를 기반으로 ｢아동관찰및행동연구｣ 교과목 프로파일을 개발하고 경기도에 위치한 A대학교 유아교육과 3학년에 재학중인 예비유아교사 56명을 대상으로 15주간 개발된 교과목을 적용하였다. 연구 결과로 교과목 적용 과정에서 나타난 예비유아교사의 변화를 살펴보면, 예비유아교사는 수업 초기에 관찰의 본질적 의미와 관찰자의 존재에 대하여 다시 생각해 보게 되었고, 수업 중기에 유아⋅놀이 중심 교육과정 실행을 위한 관찰을 탐색하였으며, 현장실습을 통하여 관찰과 연구를 통한 교육과정 실행 과정을 직접 경험하고, 수업 후기에 유아⋅놀이 중심 교육과정 실행연구자로 성장하고자 다짐하였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 유아⋅놀이 중심 교육과정 실행력 변화를 살펴보면, 예비유아교사들은 지식적 측면에서 관찰이 교육과정 시행 그 자체임을 이해하게 되었고, 기술적 측면에서 유아의 배움을 지원하는 교육과정 실행을 위하여 노력하게 되었으며, 가치 및 태도 측면에서 열린 마음으로 유아의 존재와 놀이의 가치에 귀를 기울이게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 교육과정 실행력을 함양하기 위한 유아교사양성교육의 방향을 모색하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the changes in pre-service early childhood teachers in the process of developing the ｢Child Observation and Behavior Study｣ subject to culivate curriculum execution. To this end, the researcher developed a profile of the ｢Child Observation and Behavior Study｣ subject based on prior research and applied the subject developed for 15 weeks to 56 pre-service early childhood teachers enrolled in the 3rd grade of the Early Childhood Education Department at A University located in Gyeonggi-do. Looking at the changes in pre-servie early childhood teachers that appeared in the course of the subject application as a result of the study, pre-childhood teachers reconsidered the essential meaning of observation and the existence of observers at the beginning of the class, and in the middle of the class, they explored observation for the curriculum execution of child⋅play centered curriculum. They directly experienced the process of curriculum exeuction through observation and research through field practicum, and pledged to grow into researchers for curriculum execution of child⋅play centered curriculum. in the latter half of the class. Second, looking at the changes in the early childhood and playoriented curriculum implementation ability of pre-service early childhood teachers, pre-service early childhood teachers came to understand that observation was the curriculum execution itself in terms of knowledge, made efforts to curriculum execution that supported early childhood learning in terms of technology, and listened to the existence of young children and the value of play with an open mind in terms of values and attitudes. The results of this study were significant in that they sought the direction of early childhood teacher training to cultivate curriculum execution ability.
