예비유아교사의 비판적 사고성향과 자아존중감이 그릿에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 비판적 사고성향, 자아존중감, 그릿의 관계를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한 다. 연구대상은 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 206명이며, 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 기 술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통하여 분석되었다. 예비유아교사의 비판적 사고성향, 자아존 중감, 그릿은 보통수준으로 나타났으며 예비유아교사의 비판적 사고성향과 자아존중감, 비판적 사고 성향과 그릿, 자아존중감과 그릿 간에 정적 상관이 있었다. 예비유아교사의 비판적 사고성향과 자아 존중감이 그릿에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 비판적 사고성향과 자아존중감은 그릿을 설명하는 변인 으로 나타났다. 이는 예비유아교사의 그릿을 높이기 위해서는 비판적 사고성향과 자아존중감을 높이 기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate pre-service child teachers’ critical thinking disposition, self-esteem and grit. And this study conducted a questionnaire survey for 206 pre-service child teachers. This study conducted a descriptive statistical research to investigate pre-service child teachers’ critical thinking disposition, self-esteem and grit. The data was analyzed correlation analysis, regression analysis to explore the effect of critical thinking disposition, self-esteem on grit. As a result of this study, pre-service child teachers’ critical thinking disposition, self-esteem and grit were found to be relatively high at the level. Second, it was found that there was a high correlation between critical thinking disposition and grit, self-esteem and grit. Third, it was found that critical thinking disposition and self-esteem affected grit. This suggests that it is necessary to provide individual support by finding out pre-service child teachers with low levels of critical thinking disposition, self-esteem and grit.
