국문 초록

본 연구는 제주 지역 장애 학생 진로·직업교육에서 지역사회와의 생태학적 협력체계에 영향을 미치는 변인을 탐색하고 협력체계의 생태학적 특성을 도출하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 그룹모델빌딩(GMB)와 질적 시스템다이내믹스 접근을 활용하여 협력체계에 참여하는 20명을 대상으로 협력체계에 관한 문제를 정의하고, 핵심 변인을 식별하는 과정을 수행하였다. Bronfenbrenner(1994)의 생태학적 체계이론에 근거한 분석 틀을 활용하여 미시체계, 중간체계, 외 체계, 거시체계로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 한 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역사회와의 협력체계가 환경의 변화와 요구에 적응할 수 있도록 다양한 행위자들과 조직, 그리고 이들을 둘러싼 환경 등의 상호작용을 분석하여 생태학적 협력체계를 구축해야 한다. 둘째, 지역사회와의 협력체계는 학생의 진로·직업교육 역량을 개발하는 교육 기제로서, 지역사회를 포함한 협력체계에 참여하는 다양한 행위자와의 상생을 고려한 정책적 기획이 필요하다. 본 연구는 지역사회의 특성을 반영한 지역사회와의 생태학적 협력체계를 설계하는 데 필요한 자료를 제공하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore variables that affect the ecological collaboration system with the local community in career and vocational education for students with disabilities in Jeju, as well as derive the ecological characteristics of the collaboration system. To achieve this research objective, we used Group Model Building (GMB) and a qualitative system dynamics approach to both define problems related to the collaboration system and identify key variables for 20 participants in the collaboration system. Using an analysis framework based on Bronfenbrenner’s (1994) ecological systems theory, we divided the analysis into four sections: microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, and macrosystem. The main conclusions based on this are as follows. First, an ecological collaboration system must be established by analyzing the interactions between various actors, organizations, and the environment surrounding them—this is so that the collaboration system with the local community can adapt to environmental changes and demands. Second, community cooperation organizations are an educational mechanism that develops students’ careers and vocational education capabilities; moreover, it is necessary to establish a plan that considers coexistence with various people participating in cooperative organizations, including the local community. This study is significant in that it provided the data necessary to design an ecological collaboration system with the local community that reflects the characteristics of said community.
