보육교사 양성을 위한 플립드러닝을 활용한 역량기반 ‘놀이지도’ 교수학습모형 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사 양성을 위한 효과적인 교수학습모형을 개발하기 위해 플립드러닝을 활용한 역량기반 ‘놀이지도’ 교수학습모형을 설계하고 그 적절성을 검토하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구문제별로 결론을 제시하면, 첫째, 연구는 선행연구와 문헌분석을 바탕으로 ‘놀이지도’ 교과목의 학습 목표와 핵심역량을 도출하고, 이를 반영하여 사전학습, 활동수업, 사후학습의 3단계로 구성된 교수학습모형(초안)을 개발하였다. 이후, 1차 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 모형을 보완하였으며, 2차 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 교수학습모형의 적절성을 평가받아 최종확정하였다. 둘째, 교수학습모형은 교과목 학습목표와 미래사회 인재에게 필요한 역량을 효과적으로 달성하는 것에 초점을 두고 고안하였다. 학생의 주도적 학습과 적극적 참여, 심화학습, 활용능력, 성취에 대한 자기평가 등이 이루어질 수 있도록 사전안내, 다양한 유형의 활동과 평가 등이 포함되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 대학에서의 교수법을 개선하고 미래사회를 위한 인재를 양성하기 위해 플립드러닝을 활용한 교수학습모형개발과 수업 운영을 위한 기초자료 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to design a competency-based ‘Play in Early Childhood Education’ teaching and learning model using flipped learning and review its appropriateness in order to develop an effective teaching and learning model for training childcare teachers. To present conclusions for each research question, first, Based on previous research and literature analysis, the study derived the learning goals and core competencies of the ‘‘Play in Early Childhood Education’ subject, and reflected these to develop a teaching and learning model(draft) consisting of three stages: Pre class, In class, and After class. Afterwards, the model was supplemented through the first interview with experts, and the appropriateness of the teaching and learning model was evaluated and finalized through the second interview with experts. Second, the teaching and learning model was designed with a focus on effectively achieving the subject learning goals and the competencies necessary for future social talents. Prior guidance, various types of activities and evaluation were included so that students' leading learning, active participation, deep learning, ability to utilize, and self-assessment of achievement. These research results can contribute to the development of a teaching and learning model using flipped learning and the development of basic materials for class operation in order to improve teaching methods in universities and cultivate talent for the future society.
