잠재전이모형을 적용한 장애인의 장애수용 유형 변화양상 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국장애인개발원의 장애인삶 패널데이터 1차년도(2018년)와 4차년도(2021년) 데이터를 활용한 종단연구로 장애인의 장애수용 잠재집단 유형과 전이 양상을 살펴보고, 잠재집단의 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 검증을 위해 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 장애인의 장애수용 잠재집단은 1차년도와 4차년도 시점이 동일하게 3개의 집단(‘낮은 장애수용집단’, ‘중간 장애수용집단’, ‘높은 장애수용집단’)으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 장애인의 장애수용이 1차년도와 비교해 4차년도 잠재프로파일이 어떻게 전이되는지를 살펴본 결과. ‘높은 장애수용집단’을 제외한 대부분의 집단은 3년 후에도 현재의 집단유형을 유지할 확률이 높았다. 또한, 1차년도에 ‘높은 장애수용집단’ 일부는 3년후에는 ‘중간 이하의 장애수용 집단’으로 이동할 가능성도 높게 나타나는 이중성도 보였다. 셋째, 장애인의 장애수용 잠재프로파일의 전이에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인을 분석한 결과, 1차년도에 ‘높은 장애수용집단’에 속한 남성일수록, 최종학력이 낮을수록 4차년도에 ‘낮은 장애수용집단’으로 전이될 확률이 높게 나타났고, 1차년도에 남성일수록, 경제적 어려움이 높을수록, 위험시 대처행동이 잘 될수록 4차년도에 ‘높은 장애수용집단’으로 전이될 확률이 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is a longitudinal study using the 1st year (2018) and 4th year(2021) data of the Korea Disabled People's Development Institute's Disability and Dynamics Life and Dynamics Panel Data. It was conducted to examine the types of latent groups of disability acceptance and transition patterns of people with disabilities, and to verify the factors affecting the transition of latent groups. As a result of the analysis, first, the latent groups of disability acceptance of people with disabilities were classified into three groups ('low disability acceptance group', 'medium disability acceptance group', and 'high disability acceptance group') at the same time points in the 1st and 4th years. Second, as a result of examining how the latent profile of disability acceptance of people with disabilities was transferred in the 4th year compared to the 1st year, most groups, except for the 'high disability acceptance group', were likely to maintain their current group type even after 3 years. In addition, some of the 'high disability acceptance group' in the 1st year showed a duality in that they were more likely to move to the 'medium and lower disability acceptance group' after 3 years. Third, as a result of analyzing the variables that significantly affect the transfer of the latent disability acceptance profile of the disabled, the more males were in the ‘high disability acceptance group’ in the first year and the lower the final level of education, the higher the probability of transferring to the ‘low disability acceptance group’ in the fourth year. In addition, the more males were, the more economic difficulties they had, and the better their coping behaviors in times of danger in the first year, the higher the probability of transferring to the ‘high disability acceptance group’ in the fourth year.
