간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 회복탄력성, 전공만족도가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 회복탄력성, 전공만족도, 학업성취도 간의 관계를 분석하고, 이들 요인이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 연구대상은 B시에 소재한 K대학교의 간호대학생 205명이며, 자료분석은 SPSS 25을 사용하여 Independent t-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, regression analysis로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력은 고등학교 유형과 입학 유형에서, 회복탄력성은 나이와 고등학교 유형에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한, 전공만족도와 학업성취도는 고등학교 유형과 입학 유형에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 자기주도학습능력, 회복탄력성, 전공만족도, 학업성취도 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 확인되었으며, 이는 한 영역의 향상이 다른 영역에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 학업성취도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도였으며, 그다음으로 회복탄력성과 고등학교 유형이 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 전체 모형의 설명력은 25.5%로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 학업 성과를 향상시키기 위해 전공만족도와 회복탄력성을 증진시키는 교육 프로그램 개발과 고등학교 유형을 고려한 맞춤형 학습 지원 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 간호교육기관은 이를 반영한 체계적이고 종합적인 교육 전략 수립을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the relationship among self-directed learning ability, resilience, major satisfaction, and academic achievement of nursing students, and investigated the influence of these factors on academic achievement. The subjects of the study were 205 nursing students at K University in city B, and the data were analyzed using Independent t-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study showed that self-directed learning ability of nursing students showed significant differences in high school type and admission type, and resilience showed significant differences in age and high school type. In addition, major satisfaction and academic achievement showed significant differences in high school type and admission type. A positive correlation was confirmed among self-directed learning ability, resilience, major satisfaction, and academic achievement, which suggests that improvement in one area can have a positive effect on other areas. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the factor that had the greatest influence on academic achievement was major satisfaction, followed by resilience and high school type as important variables. The explanatory power of the entire model was confirmed to be 25.5%. Based on these results, in order to improve the academic performance of nursing students, it is necessary to develop an educational program that promotes major satisfaction and resilience, and to establish a customized learning support system that takes into account the type of high school. It is suggested that nursing education institutions establish a systematic and comprehensive educational strategy that reflects this.
