보건계열 대학생의 셀프리더십과 공감능력이전공만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 셀프리더십, 공감능력, 전공만족도 정도를 파악하고, 변수 간의관계 및 영향 요인을 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 수도권지역 대학생 368명이며, 자료분석은 IBMSPSS 25.0 프로그램으로 빈도분석과 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본연구의 결과 셀프리더십과 공감능력, 전공만족도는 성별과 연령 및 학년에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 셀프리더십, 공감능력, 전공만족도는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 대학생의 셀프리더십 및 공감능력이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향력을살펴본 결과 공감능력과 셀프리더십은 전공만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 대학생의 전공만족도를 높여주기 위해 셀프리더십과 공감능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 적용방안이 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of self-leadership, empathyability, and major satisfaction of college students, and to identify the relationship andinfluencing factors between variables. The subjects of this study were 368 college students inthe metropolitan area, and for data analysis, frequency analysis and descriptive statisticsanalysis were conducted with the IBM SPSS 25.0 program, and multiple regression analysiswas conducted. As a result of this study, self-leadership, empathy ability, and majorsatisfaction differed according to gender, age, and grade, and self-leadership, empathy ability, and major satisfaction had a positive correlation. In addition, as a result of examining theinfluence of college students' self-leadership and empathy ability on major satisfaction byconducting multiple regression analysis, it was found that empathy and self-leadership had asignificant effect on major satisfaction. Through the results of this study, in order to increasethe satisfaction of college students in their major, it is necessary to develop and applyprograms that can improve self-leadership and empathy.
