국문 초록

은둔형 외톨이 현상은 사회적인 고립과 소외로 이어지는 문제를 유발하며, 그 원인은 가족은 물론 사회공동체적인 유대감의 결여에서 비롯된다. 본 연구는 디지털 세상에서만 소통하고 타인과의 직접적 접촉을 꺼리는 청소년들의 또래 간 참여적 소통을 증진하기 위해 시스템 사고를 적용한 미술 수업 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구의 내용 및 방법은 첫째, 시스템 사고의 교육적 적용의 중요성과 은둔형 외톨이 증후군 청소년 증가로 인한 사회적 문제를 적용할 수 있는 사회 참여적 미술 활동의 참여적 소통 증진 효과에 대한 이론을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 사회참여 미술 활동을 통해 ‘은둔형 외톨이 구출 작전’을 주제로 하여 시스템 사고를 적용한 수업 설계로 한 미술 수업 방안을 개발하였다. 마지막으로, 청소년기에 중요하게 다루어져야 할 협력적 소통과 배려심을 갖도록 하는 교수·학습의 실제로서 시스템적 사고 과정인 분석과 탐구의 순환이 적용된 미술작품을 제시하고 참여적 소통을 촉진하도록 마인드맵을 활용함으로써 심미적 공감을 넘어 구체화 된 시각 이미지의 재해석에 이르도록 방법을 제시하였다. 연구의 결과, 시스템 사고를 적용한 미술 수업은 은둔형 외톨이 현상과 같이 개인적 차원을 넘어 사회적 문제 해결로 접근할 수 있는 하나의 유용한 방법임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 청소년기에 중요하게 다루어져야 할 협력적 소통과 배려심을 갖도록 하는 방안이 시스템 사고를 적용하여 지속적으로 개발되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The reclusive loner phenomenon causes problems that lead to social isolation and alienation, and the cause is a lack of social and family ties. This study attempted to propose an art class plan that applied systematic thinking to promote participatory communication between peers of adolescents who communicate only in the digital world and are reluctant to contact others directly. First, the theory of the importance of the educational application of systematic thinking and the effect of promoting communication of social participatory art activities that can apply social problems caused by the increase in adolescents with reclusive loner syndrome was reviewed. Second, through social participatory art activities, an art class plan was developed with the theme of 'Saving the Silent Loner' as a class design. Finally, a method was proposed to go beyond aesthetic empathy to reinterpret the embodied visual image by presenting art works that apply the cycle of analysis and inquiry, a systematic thinking process, as a practice of teaching and learning that encourages cooperative communication and consideration that should be treated as important in adolescence, and using mind maps to promote participatory communication. As a result of the study, it was discovered that art classes applying system thinking are a useful way to approach social problem solving beyond the individual level, such as the reclusive loner phenomenon. Therefore, system thinking should be continuously developed to create cooperative communication and consideration that should be important in adolescence.
