국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 교양 수업 교수자의 의사소통 유형이 학습자의 수업 태도 및 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위함이다. 이는 성인 학습자인 대학생이 수업 태도를 갖추고 학교적응을 높이는 실질적인 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 대학 수업의 적절성과 효과성을 분석하여 교육 수요자인 학습자(대학생)의 요구를 파악하고 이를 수업 장면에 적용시킬 필요가 있다는 것이다. 연구대상자는 경기도 소재 4년제 사립대학교 대학생을 대상으로 자기평가기입법(self-administration method)을 실시하여 추출하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 대학 교양 수업 교수자의 의사소통 유형 하위요인 중 신뢰형, 전문형, 협력형은 학습자의 수업 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 통제형은 본 연구에서는 유의한 영향을 나타내지 않았다. 둘째, 대학 교양수업 교수자의 의사소통 유형 4가지 하위요인은 학교적응 모두 통계적으로 유의한 의미를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 대학 교양수업 현장에서 교수자 의사소통의 중요성과 학습자 중심 교육 및 학교적응 극대화를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of communication styles of university liberal arts instructors on learners' class attitudes and school adjustment. The purpose of this study is to provide practical basic data for college students, who are adult learners, to improve their class attitude and school adjustment. In addition, it is necessary to analyze the appropriateness and effectiveness of college classes to understand the needs of learners (college students), who are education consumers, and apply them to the class scene. The subjects of this study were 4-year private university students in Gyeonggi-do, and a self-administration method was used. The results of this study are as follows: First, among the sub-factors of communication type of university liberal arts class instructors, trust type, professional type, and cooperative type had a significant effect on learner's class attitude, but control type did not have a significant effect on this study. Second, all four sub-factors of communication types of university liberal arts class instructors showed statistically significant meanings in school adjustment. The results of this study will provide implications for the importance of teacher communication in the field of university liberal arts education, learner - centered education, and maximization of school adaptation.
