중학생 쓰기 상위인지와 쓰기 수행의 관련성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 쓰기 상위인지 수준을 살피고 쓰기 상위인지와 쓰기 수행과의 관련성을 확인하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중학교 1, 2, 3학년을 대상으로 쓰기 상위인지 검사와 쓰기 수행 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의 쓰기 상위인지 수준은 높지 않지만 긍정적인 경향을 띠었다. 둘째, 학년 및 성에 따른 상호작용 효과는 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 학년별 차이는 대체로 유의미하지 않게 나타났으며 성별 차이는 대체로 여학생이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 특히, 조직하기와 관련한 상위인지 요인에서 성별 차이 없이, 남여 모두 낮은 수준을 보이는 것으로 해석되었다. 셋째, 쓰기 상위인지와 수행 간의 상관이 하위 요인에서 확인되었다. 또한, 쓰기 상위인지의 하위 요인에서 상‧하 수준에 따라 내용, 조직, 표현 영역에서의 수행의 차이가 확인되었다.

영문 초록

This research studies on correlation between aspects of writing metacognition and writing performance for middle school students. For this, we perform tests of writing metacognition and writing performance with 98 number of first, second, and third grade middle school students. Results are given as follows. First, the score of writing metacognition of middle school students is not high but is positive trend. Second, there is no interaction effect between the grade and sex. Also, there is no significant difference among grades but the gender gap is slightly higher for female students. Especially, the factor of writing metacognition for the organization is low irrespective to genders. Third, the correlation between aspects of writing metacognition and writing performance has been found on factor. Fourth, on the factor of the writing metacognition, we have found the difference of writing performance on contents, organization, and expression according to the level.
