문법적 탐구 능력 향상을 위한 통일 대비 초등 문법 교재의 내용 구성 방안

국문 초록

목적: 이 연구는 통일 시대를 대비하여 문법적 탐구 능력에 중점을 둔 초등 문법 교재의 내용 구성 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법: 이 연구에서는 ‘문법적 탐구 능력’을 탐구를 가능하게 하는 사고 기능으로 향상시킬 수 있다고 보고, 사고 기능 향상을 위해 학습자가 질문을 구성해 보도록 하는 등 문법 교재의 내용을 탐구 과정으로 변환하여 제시하였다. 또한, 탐구 과제의 특성으로 ‘실제성’, 그리고 탐구 과제의 제시 방법으로 ‘단계적 안내’를 제안하였다. 결과: 통일 대비 초등 문법 교재는 연역적인 단원 체제를 따르되, 각 차시 단위, 혹은 개별 활동 속에서 탐구 학습이 반영될 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 학년 간 위계를 고려하여 성취기준의 내용 요소를 차별화하는 원리를 제시하였고, 통일 시대를 대비한 탐구 중심 초등 문법 교재의 단원 구성의 예를 보였다. 결론: 이 연구는 초등 국어과에서 문법 영역 중심 교재의 단원 구성을 위한 실현태를 가늠해 보았으며, 아울러 초등 문법 단원에 탐구 학습을 체계적으로 반영할 수 있는 교재의 구성에 대한 가능성을 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a plan to organize the contents of elementary grammar textbooks focusing on grammatical inquiry ability in preparation for the era of unification. Method: In this study, the contents of grammar textbooks were converted into an inquiry process, such as seeing that ‘grammatical inquiry ability’ can be improved into a thinking skills that enables exploration, and requiring learners to organize questions to improve thinking skills. In addition, ‘authenticity’ as a characteristic of the inquiry task and ‘step-by-step guidance’ as a presentation method of the inquiry task were proposed. Results: Elementary grammar textbooks compared to unification follow a deductive unit system, but inquiry learning can be reflected at each unit or individual activity. In addition, the principle of differentiating the content elements of achievement standards in consideration of the hierarchy between grades was presented, and examples of the composition of units of elementary grammar textbooks was shown. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it evaluated the realization of the composition of grammar-oriented textbooks in the elementary Korean language department and confirmed the possibility of the composition of textbooks that can systematically reflect inquiry learning in elementary grammar units.
