국문 초록

본 논문의 목적은 김소월이 ｢진달래꽃｣을 비롯한 초기 시를 창작할 때 당나라 여류시인 설도가 쓴 ｢춘망사｣로부터 절대적인 영향을 받았다는 것을 입증하는 것이다. ｢진달래꽃｣을 비롯한 그의 초기 시는 여성 한시 작가인 자야와 설도의 작품, ｢자야가｣와 ｢춘망사｣의 영향을 받아 창작되었다. 필자는 앞선 논문에서 ｢자야가｣의 영향을 살펴보았으므로, 본 논문에서는 ｢춘망사｣의 영향을 고찰할 것이다. 김소월은 ｢춘망사｣의 세 번째 수를 우리말로 번역했다. 김소월이 번역한 한시 작품은 김억이 번역한 것으로 알려진 ｢동심초｣이다. 김소월의 등단 작품 다섯 편은 모두 ｢자야가｣나 ｢춘망사｣의 영향을 받아 창작한 것이다. ｢춘망사｣의 백미인 ‘풀잎을 따서 동심결을 만드는’ 장면과 관련이 있는 작품이 ｢풀따기｣ 계열의 작품이다. 김소월 창작 방법의 특징은 자기 작품을 텍스트로 삼아 파생 작품을 만드는 것이다. ｢풀따기｣에서 파생된 작품이 ｢고적한 날｣과 ｢개여울｣, ｢진달래꽃｣이다. 김소월의 ｢진달래꽃｣이 ｢춘망사｣로부터 받은 영향은 직접적이지 않고, 긴 시간의 변주 과정을 거치며, 전면적으로 나타난다. ｢춘망사｣로부터 받은 가장 중요한 영향은 ‘사랑하는 사람이 떠나는 길에 진달래 꽃잎을 뿌리고 싶다’는 진술이다. 이 진술은 ｢춘망사｣의 백미인 ‘풀잎을 따서 동심결을 만듭니다, 사랑하는 사람에게 주려고요’가 없었다면 나올 수 없는 표현이다. ｢진달래꽃｣의 제목 또한 ｢춘망사｣의 영향이다. 풀잎을 따서 만든 동심결이 ｢춘망사｣의 핵심적인 상징물인 것처럼, ｢진달래꽃｣의 진달래꽃이 이 시의 핵심적인 상징물이다. ｢춘망사｣에 나오는 시간의 아이러니가 변주된 것이 ｢진달래꽃｣의 ‘나보기가 역겨워 가실 때에는’이며 ｢춘망사｣의 시적 화자의 질문의 내용인 못 견디게 그리운 곳과 관련이 있는 구절이 ｢진달래꽃｣의 ‘영변엔 약산 진달래꽃’이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to prove that Kim So-wol was absolutely influenced by “Chunmangsa” written by the Tang female poet Seoldo when he created early poems including “Azalea Flower” His early poems, including “Azalea Flower”, were created under the influences of the works of Jaya and Seoldo, female poetry writers, “Jaya’s song” and “Chunmangsa”. Since I examined the influences of “Jaya’ song” in the previous paper, I will examine the influences of “Chunmangsa” in this paper. It is estimated that Kim So-wol translated the third number of “Chunmangsa” into Korean. The poem translated by Kim So-wol is “Dongshimcho” which is known to have been translated by Kim Eok. All five of Kim So-wol’s appearances were created under the influences of “Jaya’s song” and “Chunmangsa”. The works related to the scene of “Picking Grass and Making a wedding knot” which is the highlight of “Chunmangsa” are “Picking Grass” series. The characteristic of Kim So-wol’s creative method is to create derived works using his own work as text. The works derived from “Picking Grass” are “Lonely Days,” “Gaeyeoul,” and “Azalea Flower” The influences of Kim So-wol’s “Azalea Flower” from “Chunmangsa” are not direct, but completed through a long process of variation. The most important influence from “Chunmangsa” is a statement that “I want to sprinkle azalea flowers on the way my loved one leaves.” This statement is an expression that could not be made without the expression of “Chunmangsa”, ‘I’m picking grasses and making a wedding knot to give it to my loved one.’ The title of Azalea Flower is also influenced by “Chunmangsa”. Just as The wedding knot made from grasses is the key symbol of “Chunmangsa”, the azalea flower is the key symbol of “Azalea Flower”. “When I’m Disgusted ” in “Azalea Flower” is a variation of The irony of time in “Chunmangsa”, and the phrase related to the unbearably nostalgic place of the poetic speaker’s question in “Chunmangsa” is “Yaksan in Yeongbyeon.”
