국문 초록

본 연구는 현상학적 방법론의 적용을 통해서 중도･중복장애아동의 지각경험의 의미를 이해하고 그들의 지각양식을 해명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이상의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 첫째, 중도･중복장애아동 관련연구에 있어서 현상학적 방법론에 대하여 고찰하였다. 둘째, 이론적 고찰에서 얻어진 현상학적 방법론의 기본원리를 사례연구 속에서 실제적으로 적용하여 중도･중복장애아동의 지각양식의 의미를 이해하고 해명하였다. 이상의 절차에 따라 연구를 진행한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 중도･중복장애아동 관련연구에 있어서 현상학적 방법론은 중도･중복장애아동의 존재 및 세계와의 관계양식에 대해 이해하는 것을 주된 연구과제로 하며, 이 과제를 수행하는 연구자의 경험양식 및 주관성의 파악을 과제해결을 위한 수단으로 삼는다. 둘째, 중도･중복장애아동의 지각경험의 의미를 현상학적으로 이해하고 해석하여 신체에 근거한 지각, 변화하는 지각, 촉각적 지향성이라는 3가지 주제를 얻을 수 있었는데, 이는 중도･중복장애아동의 주관적인 세계인식과 상호작용을 편견없이 받아들이고 존중하는 교육적 접근의 중요성을 시사하는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to understand the meaning of perceptual experience to severe and multiple handicapped children and to explain their perceptual style by applying the phenomenological methodology. For this purpose, first, we investigated the phenomenological methodology on the education of severe and multiple handicapped children. Second, we understand and explain the perception experience style of severe and multiple-handicapped children through the case studies on the basis of phenomenological methodological principles obtained by the theoretical investigations. We draw some conclusions from our study as followed. First, the phenomenological methodology on the education of severe and multiple handicapped children take understanding the entity of the children and their relationship with the world as the main topic and take the empirical style and subjectivity of researcher of these study as the mean of subject resolution. Second, We obtain 3 subjects, perception with body, changing perception and sense of touch intentionality from the perceptual understanding and analysis on the severe and multiple handicapped children. This result implies importance of the educational approach which accept without prejudice and respect the subjective perception on the world and mutual reactions of severe and multiple-handicapped children.
